Marvin and Tabbi are the dream team!! Amazing service, they really turned my day around after a delayed flight and missing out on reservations at my destination. Great drinks and even better hospitality. 10/10. (Food was decent)

Evening bartender, Tabitha, and male bar manager need a lesson from corporate about service and how to properly check IDs. Came in day after Thanksgiving around 5:30. After just passing through TSA I was told my ID was invalid because it was damaged even though photo, date of birth, and name were all clearly visible.

After asking where else I could get a drink in the terminal, I was told every single restaurant was under the same management and I would not get any service. This wasn’t an issue about identification anymore. After denying service they discouraged me from seeking it at any other establishment.

Well, I walked over to Club Level Grill, and with no issues I was able to be served. The bar manager and Tabitha left their empty bar (no wonder why), to follow and watch me get service from the other bartender. The bar manager went back and left the situation be, but Tabitha gathered the other servers at this other restaurant, and had a big meeting in the kitchen so much so I saw them all and waved at her staring through the runner/food pick up window. She came out and started to intimidate and harass the bartender at Club Level asking him if he wanted to get in trouble for accepting my ID.

I know I’m not ABC, and this bartender Tabitha, who clearly didnt want to do her job, had all the time to make a great scene at a completely different restaurant about someone else doing what she was perfectly capable of doing all along. I’m not sure if she just doesn’t want to work, or is discriminating who she provides service to, but the entire situation was so unhinged, unprofessional, and made me so uncomfortable. All of that for a tequila pineapple. It’s one thing to not accept an ID if that is a part of the job, but considering she didn’t want to provide service, to go out of her way to threaten her other coworkers for doing so, and to produce an aggressive atmosphere for her customers is totally unwarranted and unacceptable. I’m 28 years old, dang near 30 looks and all. Young yes, but not freshly 21. It’s about service, and instead I was denied that and harrassed, and this comes from someone who works in the industry!! Check your bartender!

Early morning flight, sat down to eat breakfast as the other restaurant was closed. Wanted a coffee and a water…. coffee machine broken. Only 4 options for breakfast, first choice was a breakfast wrap, out of breakfast wraps. Ordered another option that had scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, and bread. When I asked what type of bread, he said we only had white bread… OK. Food was served in small basket barely large enough for 2 chicken strips and fries. The white bread was soaked with butter on one side and toasted to a brick level on the other. The sausage had one that was recently cooked and was ok, the other was a hockey puck. Scrambled eggs were ok along with the potatoes. Service was fine, but they need to fix the food issue.

The stars have aligned and the sun is shining. Due to the government shut down, I was fearful that TSA would take forever. I think it was was even faster than it is typically. 5 mins is all it took to get through TSA and now to the other great part of my RIC airport experience…Tabitha who works at Sam Adams. I had lots of time to kill and was starving. Sat at the bar on the back wall. Reorganized some of the packing of my backpack and ordered a beer, burger, and fries.

Everything was perfect and the bar was full but service didn’t suffer. Received exceptional service. Tabitha checked in on me multiple times. Great job, Tabitha! Thank you!

Had a long travel day ahead and Tabby was timely and friendly when I arrived. If you on a short time frame between flights and she is working I would say hello! Food was tasty and it’s a good central location for B terminal.

Tabbi was very attentive and personable late in the evening. She said she had been there all day, but i couldn’t tell by the service she provided and her bubbly personality. Would visit again!

Terrible experience. One bartender handling everything that she could with no help. Ordered a Cheeseburger and a beer. Waited 15 minutes for the beer and after another 30 minutes told me that the cheeseburger would be up any second and offered another beer. Another 15 minutes later, I told her that I had to go to my flight and it was $27 for the two beers. Didn’t charge me for the burger but after she had my credit card said “But you’re paying for the beers” in a very nasty tone, I told her “I’m not arguing I just have to go”. Normally, I’d empathize with an overworked server but none of this was my fault.
