Came in on a very “chilly” : D night. It was our 3rd or 4th pick because Roosters was packed and we had Chinese and Mexican earlier in the week. No wait for our table, but we got there just in time because shortly after we got seated, like 20 people were all of a sudden waiting to be sat.
My girl got the Chipotle bowl. Highly recommend ranch instead of the sauce it comes with. It just doesn’t compliment the dish as well. I had a bite and it tasted really good. My girl’s mom got the 6oz steak, cooked medium rare, and it was. She said it slapped fr, no .
I got the brisket quesadilla and it was straight . Having sour cream and ranch to dip it in was nice. It has a little heat on it from the jalapeños but it very tame for folks who inhale hot things.
Our server was ight but the manager works the front of the house was doing a fantastic job. Dude was hitting up every table making sure things were going well. I even saw him bussing a table with the boys. On god frfr. Buddy was even out there sweeping floors.

Its Chilis, it has the standard food you would expect from a lite tavern style restaurant. You won’t be writing home about anything on the menu but it’s better than other options in the same line. The service is better now than in the past which is good. If you eat here, you know what your ordering before you even open the door.

We had an amazing meal at Chili’s in Centerville tonight. The “Three for Me” deal can’t be beat. However, that wasn’t even the best part of the meal. Our server, Chelsea Marie, went above and beyond in serving us. She remembered every detail of our varied orders. She served our food piping hot. She was attentive to our needs and checked back often. Chelsea was so quick to refill our drinks tonight. She did it all with a cheerful attitude and an amazing smile. She made our whole dining experience a delight. So, the next time you go to Chili’s in Centerville, ask for Chelsea to be your server! She is the absolute best!

Visited here 6/20/2025. 1st off our server, Ella was very polite & efficient with our order & any request that was made. 2nd, the only real complaint that I have was toward the food. 1. the fries were overcooked, in my opinion. There was no softness to them & lacked a little moistness if you get my meaning. They were crispy but dry & a little too hard….is what I’m saying. AND 2. the price for my Loaded Mac & Cheese ($4.99) is a ridiculous price seeing how in practically came in a condiment bowl. I knew what the price was before hand but didn’t realize how small it was until it hit the table. I could’ve sent it back but I didn’t. But after TASTING it….I really should’ve sent it back. It was lukewarm at best & I’m not a fan of white cheese mac & cheese ♀️ My Big Smash Burger didn’t get eaten until hours after I got home ( was full from the fries, mac & cheese & chips/salsa). That was delicious. My daughter’s 3 piece Mozzarella Squares (they were big) was also delicious! They Sprite was good & strong & my daughter loved the Strawberry Lemonade! She took one home with her as well as a HUGE bag of Chips!! Didn’t know take home chips were an actual BAG OF CHIPS! I am not sure if we will return….that is TBD.

The food was delicious and prices reasonable. I had the Cajun Shrimp Alfredo and my wife had the chicken quesadilla. My only disappointment was that they didn’t have Italian dressing for my salad.
Our server was AWESOME. She was very attentive and quickly tended to our every request or knew what we wanted or needed before we asked. She never passed our table without checking on us, but her checking was not annoying. I left a nice review for her on the Ziosk device just after paying the bill, but I may have mistakenly typed her name as Maddy. Upon returning home and looking at my receipt, it says that her name was (is) Kimberlee. Sorry Kimberlee, the restaurant was loud and noisy. You were amazing despite the chaos.
If I could make just one suggestion, I would ask you to turn down the music and/or add some accoustic tiles.

My husband and I ate here for lunch today and it was fantastic. I feel like since covid the quality and service has gone down in a lot of restraunts but Chili’s never disappoints. This was our first time at this location and it was fantastic… from the lovely older lady who greeted us and seated us to the waitress who was incredibly cordial to the piping hot fresh food. We will be back for sure!

Food is always good for what your paying for, but it seems that no matter where you sit, it’s too loud to hear each other or the server without yelling. The servers have all been nice enough but it is going to take a while to get your food or refills on drinks

Overall, a decent experience. The menu prices were higher than what I was expecting. We had a party of 5 and the waitress sat us at a table that was way too small. Also, instead of just refilling our water glasses, she would just place new cups on the table without removing the old ones. With already not having enough room as is, it was too much and overcrowded our table. The quesadilla on the quesadilla explosion salad was cold and rock hard. Very disappointing. Fajitas were good and a good value for the price.

We come to Chilis at the last minute decide to get a TOGO meal. Placed our order, said it would be about 20 minutes, leave to get something from the Whole foods, come back. I go in (unfortunately didn’t have my glasses on) there was a bag on the counter, but the host wasn’t there. Waited a little bit, still no one, said hello, but no one in the back heard me, then one of your workers walked by. I asked her if she could check to see if that bag was for Markus, spelled the name because it’s spelled different, told her exactly what was ordered ribs, fajita trio, chips, and side salad. Even told her how much we paid. She acknowledged it was the order but told me she had to make sure it was paid for. Asked her if there is an order number she can check, she said no. Asked if she could go get someone that can help, she stood there still making me wait. Then the host comes, and let her know it was mine, and it was already paid for. So, you can imagine how furious I was when she handed me the bag and I can see not only was Markus is highlighted, PAID is highlighted, and every item that I told her I ordered was highlighted. So, I stood there allowing my food to get cold especially every time the door opens, and the cold air came in for what??????

Food came out hot and on time. Drinks were refilled in a timely manner. Waitress was nice and courteous. Staff was great. Food was great as well. Pricing is comparable to other places but felt like the food was worth what I paid.
