This is a great little cafe (chain) with good service, good food and a comfortable atmosphere. We’ve been to this location about 5 times and always had a good experience. I suggest the cajun duo (tilapia & shrimp), chicken fried steak or the veggie platter. My only reservation is that twice I’ve ordered the squash casserole and it was delivered cold- 100 degrees F at most. I know that they don’t make this to order but if they aren’t keeping it at a safe temperature (135 and above or below 40 F) it’s not safe to eat. Please fix this as I would like to give you 5 stars!

We visit on a weekly basis for lunch and we always have wonderful service from the second we walk in the door. Amy knows exactly what we want a never fails to deliver. Drinks are always cold and full and the food is always hot and fresh. Shauna in the kitchen always makes sure our food is top notch in all aspects. Hot, fresh, appetizing and always looks appealing to the eye. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming like a true family environment and the restaurant is always super clean. Definitely recommend!

We brought a friend here after church today and we were met with friendly door service upon arrival. Our experience continued when we sat in McKenzie’s section. She was so nice ☺️ She took our order and it came out hot, fresh, and within a few minutes, like you would expect.
My husband ordered a ribeye cooked medium rare that came out just the way he likes it, full of flavor and a TRUE medium rare. Our guest who came to dine after church had the Super Combo Fish & Shrimp and had nothing but good things to say about it~ I had the Steak Finger Basket, which did not dissapoint. Cotton Patch is a hidden little gem tucked away on the side of I-20 in the shopping center where Starbucks is, and across the street from Mc Donald’s)

I came in around lunch time and was greeted and seated within 2 minutes. There wasn’t a lot of people in there yet which worked out for me since I don’t like crowds. My server was very kind and made sure I was well taken care of. I ordered the Cajun duo I think and it came out in a timely manner. It was hot and delicious. Love this place!

I went in with a couple of friends for my birthday lunch and it was great! So many options tk choose from. I ended up going with two HUGE Fried Catfish filets! So good so soft. Gotta start trying out each item. Deserts are fire also! Service was great! My server had our drinks filled without having to ask and anything you needed she had you covered.

I was amazed that the waitstaff responded before I asked for more rea, as I drink a lot of it. They were training a new hire, so our order got confused. Resolved quickly, so no problem. Will definitely go back because it’s a great value, even with a great tip!

Absolutely incredible chicken and dumplings. Also the green beans and raspberry tea were delicious.
