Pistolette are not supposed to be soggy. Why would you slap gooey roux tasting etouffe on top of bread that’s supposed to be crunchy? Chicken tenders old and rubbery like they were refried for my order. Very very disappointed…

Stopped by today and picked up 6 links of boudin for my son and I, we really enjoy the freshness and flavor of there boudin! Very quick service at drive thur! I’ve had there crawfish before and they where delicious! Also great Bar b que as well! Great place and convenient location for pickup or dining in!

Great crawfish that was served quick and hot. Never had an issue with service either. Really like the extra sink to wash hands outside of the bathroom.

Staying at a hotel 10 miles away and found doing search. Two had redfish on rice with crawfish sauce…I had Hackberry platter with catfish and shrimp, which was great. Batter not greasy and good flavor. Margaritas a bit tart, but damn good. Lots getting the boiled crawfish, if you like it deffinatly a must. Like finding these smaller joints, don’t need all the chain places.

My BFF and I visited today. I ordered the shrimp and crawfish boil along with the trio. The flavor was bland. It definitely needed more seasoning. But the food was hot and fresh.
My friend had the seafood platter. It was superb.
This was my first visit. There was an issue with my order. It was corrected but the cashier was not concerned.

I had an order for takeout. The food was delicious, especially the Cajun Sampler. The alligator bites were a bit under season, but still tasteful.

We came here for the crawfish but we loved everything else! We ordered 2 lbs of crawfish and although they were small, they were still good. Maybe just a tad bit salty for me though.
Steamed Shrimp was on point! Delicious! I will be ordering more of that next time and maybe just skip the crawfish.
We also ordered the Boudreaux Cajun Sampler with Red Beans and Rice (which my son said was the best he’s ever had), Shrimp Ètouffèe (which was my favorite!), and Seafood Gumbo (also good but came in last place). It was a great way to try everything and share with the whole family.
My son had the fried catfish and it tasted fresh and delicious. Can’t go wrong with that!
And for the finishing touches, we ordered bread pudding and beignets . . . And then we ordered more beignets. Why? Because it was just that good. Live with no regrets fam and do it right.
Also, last but not least, the staff was friendly and attentive! Service with a smile that made the meal more enjoyable is something you can’t beat!

I feel this place only needs a little tune-up to become a place I’d like to revisit.
Having folks wait in line to order their food then sit at a semi-clean table with a number is no way to run any eatery that serves plated food. Hostess….waitresses/waiters….nuff said.
Just serving alcoholic slurpees from machines and offering 10 bottled beers is also no way to run any eatery that serves plated food.
I spent many years in Calcasieu and Beauregard Parishes….No where I’ve ever eaten served fried breakfast potatoes on the same plate with their seafood offerings.
If this place is supposed to be a fusion experience, please tell me what it was fused with.
It’s a great location and the nuts & bolts are there…..now put your SOUL into it and you’ll have something. Till then, I won’t be back.

The crawfish was great and fairly big. I think they forgot to season my other food… I ordered the Seafood Platter and it was fried perfectly just no seasoning. I get it though, mixed crowd and you don’t want to add salt and make someone sick. But the experience was great.
