It seems like every time I go to this location in Huntsville, Tx my experience just keeps getting better than the last. The food is always delicious and on time, the staff has everything in order and working perfectly. Big thumbs up to them keep up the great work and I will be back soon for pancakes !!!

IHOP is always good food but today the service was AMAZING it’s very rare that I rate restaurants but it’s worth noting. I think our waitresses name was Haven(I’m not sure if I spelled that right). She’s super intuitive and helpful and she’s got a great sense of humor. Idk if she sees this but if she does I hope she has an amazing rest of her day.

i went during the morning shift with Crystal as my server and she was AMAZING! always checked on me and made sure i had everything to make my meal. i ordered the big steak omelette and it was great! best omelette ive had in a while!

They were busy, but the service was nice and friendly and the food was fresh and hot. We received our order quickly too.
3/18/23 – went again today and as last time the food and service was good. However, the manager on duty was being really hard and loud on the employees. Customers could hear eveything she was saying to them. Nothing bad, just things like you aren’t going to get extra tables if your tables now aren’t clean, a set of customers barely got up from their table and she was fussing at the bus person to get over there. I thought the employees were doing a good job but maybe something happened before we got there.

Tonight was not a good night for them. Service was slow for a place that only had 3 cars in the lot and 3 different tables being waited on. Twice as many servers tonight than customers at tables being waited on. Plus cook needs to learn the difference between eggs over easy and eggs medium hard. My daughter and I ordered eggs over easy and got yolks that were fully cook/hard. Asked the server about them and he stated that’s how their short order cook made his over easy eggs. And after the old coffee , could tell by taste and the fact that the server said he had to put another pot to brew since he poured the last of the coffee into our little 3 cup coffee canister at the table. The employees must drink a lot of coffee since the only other two tables did not have coffee at all. I guess don’t go on a slow night because everything inside is slower.

Milie was the best server ever! Food was excellent! I had Colorado omelet!!! Pancakes were phenomenal! It was almost too cold ; though once the coffee kicked in I warmed up!!!
