First – I stood at the counter for a pretty good while before being told I had to order on the kiosk. I’d never stopped here before and didn’t know.
When I went to the counter to pick up my food the older female employee was no ray of sunshine! I asked for 2 mild and 2hot sauces. With a deep huff she s threw a handful of each in the bag. I thought ok maybe she’s just having a moment.
When I opened my beans and cheese they were so cold they couldn’t even melt the cheese! The quesadilla was doubled over as if slung in the box. Oh boy! I had to ask for a knife because it wasn’t cut all the way through. This ray of sunshine slung 2 knives at me!
It was all I could do to not say something to address her attitude towards a customer. But, I wasn’t ruining my day to match hers!
When I was leaving, there was an elderly lady at the kiosk completely lost. She had been standing there a few minutes and not 1 employee came to help her. I took the time to guide her through the order process.
This was my first time in this place and is definitely the last!

Worst Taco Bell I had today, as if it was someone’s return or did not pick up. I ask for best n she recommends me. N I think it was soo cold that as if it made in morning.

Tried to scan my receipt for reward points after getting food in drive thru and getting home. It says it was already scanned and that my points were added to another’s account so best I can guess is employees are scanning customers receipts to get points before giving the food to the customers. This is senecas sc location

First of all, our experience was ok this time. However, last time we tried to eat there at 4:00 in the afternoon it was closed! But today we just about cried when an elderly couple, mid 80s at least, were turned away at the counter and told they had to use the kiosk to order!! They did not know how! It took them awhile to even come inside because she was handicapped and they turned them away!!! It truly broke our hearts and I wish we could have ordered for them but they got in their car and LEFT. This is unacceptable Taco Bell!! How could anyone with a heart do something like this?! Maybe you should just consider closing this location for good!

Wow. Walked in and was told to use kiosk, not an option to order with a human. No receipt tho there was an option. Entire store is dirty i mean filthy. Employees walking out wearing gloves used to prepare food and then walking back in. Employees are rude. Except one manager she was good. Wait time for a couple tacos was ridiculous.

Normally, I go later at night and the guy at the drive-through window is great and they never messed up my order. Went today, there was a bigger black female with just a rude attitude. First they forget my fries so I have to go back in. Then I get all the way home to find out. They made one of my burrito things wrong. It’s really not that hard. And when I walked in, there was about four black workers and one white kid, and they were all saying everything was basically his fault

Apparently management doesn’t bother to train or keep their employees informed. The person at the drive through was completely oblivious to the current promotional items, never asked what sauces we wanted, forgot parts of our order, and only gave us one napkin for a multi-person order. It’s bad enough they understaff, but now they don’t even train?

Today I went to get a quick meal from taco bell. I get the same combo everytime but for some reason this time they stuck paper underneath my meal & my whole quesadilla on the bottom half was stuck to the paper so I couldn’t even eat my food without ripping it with a fork.
The wait was long as well as the workers trying to force us to use the kiosk & its not simple for the elderly to figure it out. The women who took our orders was rude about it.

We stopped going to this Taco Bell for a long time simply because of how bad the food is. It’s gets two points only because it’s always edible but yet always a waste of money. Quesadillas half cut by what’s looks like a blind person. Halfway filled tacos with mostly lettuce and hardly ever did you get filling in the quesadillas. It got significantly better when the Clemson team joined them but I think they’ve since left. We decided to return today for a snack. I always get an extra side of potatoes with my spicy potato soft tacos since I like them extra full. Today we got about five potatoes per taco (typical for this location) I had to use my whole side on one taco to make it full. We went back through for a missing taco and I told them about the problem and asked if we could get more potatoes. This girl looked at me and said “looks like she loaded you up” that was hilarious to me because that taco was empty before I loaded my whole side onto it. I showed her my other taco that had about three potatoes and I did get a side. I’m normally not someone to go back around but like geez it’s EVERY TIME we come to this location we’re just paying an obscene amount for shells and lettuce The picture shown is the taco given to us after going around because they only rang in 2/3 tacos. Not a big deal I work in service so whatever on forgetting a taco, but I would never bring a dish that looked that poor to my customers. The soft shell of lettuce they gave us was at least free
