My husband & I were part of a group.This eatery is known in the community &surrounding area as a great place to dine offering offers eat in,take out. Curb side,delivery, outdoor seating & full bar services.The menu offers versatility from
Cheeseburgers with homemade chips to entrees like salmon Florentine & fried flounder with 2 sides.The resultant was very full – team members were smiling – helpful- a positive vibe- the vibe continued with our great server who was soft spoken patient & efficient.She didn’t rush the group for menu selection but people received their food – hot & fresh. I had the fried flounder with a side salad broccoli with a little melted cheese.The entree was generous & delicious.Everyone had a great time.From single orders to large family gatherings to larger groups this is certainly a local & beyond favorite- this location is conveniently located a couple miles from a major interstate situated among other customer services.

Service was quick and though the restaurant was busy we were shown to a table within a few minutes of arrival. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with grilled chicken. Not a lot of buffalo sauce but still tasted good. My mother ordered the chicken cordon Bleu which was a special. Unfortunately, the chicken was not cooked all the way through. However, they took the dish back and the manager came out to apologize. My mom asked for a cheeseburger instead and it was cooked well done just as she prefers. My mother’s meal was free due to the chicken. I would give this restaurant another try.

1st ever visit here… ordered the Chicken Marsala opted for the side of pasta( angel hair)
Welp …this was completely flavorless & talk about mush i paid for mush pasta disgusting. The Marsala sauce literally was plain ol brown gravy with NO FLAVOR
Had the server been a good customer oriented ( hence 2 stars) one he would have at least asked if I wanted something else instead of blatantly just telling
” well that happens when pasta sits” So now this basically told me this was not fresh food !! SMH I paid $16 for an unflavorful chicken breast & horrible mushy old pasta .
Environment / decor dated , out table was rickety lopsided with a pile coasters to try to even it out which didn’t …tacky .
I saw the need to tell my visit exactly as I saw & experienced im shocked the food was that poor.
Definitely lost another visit from me .

We had a very nice lunch today at George’s. Our server was very nice, and our food came out pretty quick. Lunch time is always a busy time at George’s. This is the first time we had the buffalo chicken wrap. It had the appearance of being microwaved and not very fresh, but the flavor was good. Their homemade chips were good and fresh. We were also happy with the chicken wings and chicken fingers we ordered. We will return and next time hoping to try the Mediterranean skewers.

My 90 year old mother and I arrived at Georges at 5:30pm Feb 7, 2026. We ordered our food and at 6:15pm, I asked the waitress where our food was. The waitress said they were out of baked potatoes. I told her I would take a sweet potato. At 6:30pm, I found the waitress talking with 5 other waitresses at the station. I said “We are going to leave if we don’t get our food.” The waitress replied, “I was coming to see you, we are out of sweet potatoes.” I replied, “We are leaving.” and away we went. What a horrible ordeal to be out of that food on a Saturday evening!

This restaurant is very nice, cozy, and comfortable. I just love the ambiance of the dining room light fixtures and comfortable seating. The food here is very delicious. The Pizza is very appealing and appetizing. The chopped steak was nice and tender. It was smothered in mushroom, and onion gravy with mashed potatoes and a garden salad on the side.
The clam chowder is the best that I have ever tasted. It was filled with so much favor. The chicken wings are nice and tender with a nice crispiness.
My favorite entree was the chicken parmesan. You get two large pieces of lightly breaded chicken with your order. Very filling. I added grilled shrimp to this entree. It was smothered in so much cheese. Perfect for a cheese lover like myself. The angel hair spaghetti was cooked just right. This dish is so delicious it is hard to put your fork down. George’s is a great restaurant for great food.

I was accused of stealing an egg! I ordered a salad and told them to add a boiled egg. When I checked the order, the egg was missing. The young lady apologized and took my salad to the back. She returned and told me the cook said they placed an egg on the salad, so if I wanted “another” one I would have to pay for it. I was appalled at the suggestion that I had somehow removed the egg just to get another one. I repeated that there wasn’t an egg on the salad and asked what did they think I did with it. The young lady stated that she would have to speak to the manager. After about 5 minutes, she returned with the salad and the egg. I started not to make a fuss cause it’s just an egg. But to be accused of trying to scam another egg from them is just unbelievable.
