Been coming to this location for years and it’s been acceptable. Today, I ordered a burrito bowl for pickup and when I got home it was a very small portion. I went back to the app for support and all the bot said they’d do was notify management of the issue. Now I’m done eating and not even full. I’ll drive the extra two minutes for Qdoba from now on.

We ordered online today. I got a bowl and a burrito and some chips with queso and guac. The proportions were child size and didn’t even fill the base of the bowl. The ingredients weren’t even spread out evenly. We barely even got two handfuls of chips in each bag and they were STALE. Do not go here if you have an adult sized appetite because it will never be filled. It’s sad is what it is.

I have had many Chipotle meals in my life. I have also had quite a bit of steak in my life, as well. I walked into this location like any other day, thinking I knew what to expect. I couldn’t have been more wrong. What I was expecting was a simple steak bowl, what I wasn’t expecting was to cross paths with the chef of the establishment. Chef Michael stepped forward and gave me the best steak I’ve had at a Chipotle restaurant, nay, the best steak my taste buds have ever pressed against. My initial happiness turned into despair when I reached into the bag and grabbed the empty air where a fork should have been, but after taking one bite with my tried and true silverware I knew Chef Michael was smiling down upon me and my happiness only minutes earlier could not compare…

Unbelievable small portion size. A new born child wouldn’t even have enough. Also when using the reward points they double charged my points and told me I can’t get it back. They charge double for normal portion sizes. Never coming back, don’t recommend.

My first time leaving a negative review for anything. I typically don’t go to this location and the last few times I have I gave them the benefit of doubt but today was horrible. Everytime I had came in here they have been understaffed but that’s not my main issue. The portions are straight up disrespectful and i understand they have to make a profit but half scooping ingredients like beans is beyond me.
