I stopped here for dinner after traveling all day. I heard they had the best burgers in town and they had signs on the wall to say they proved it. So I was greeted by Stephanie. The bartender who by far is one of the better bartenders of having my presents and my many of travels. She took great care of me, made sure my drinks were refilled and was very attentive. As far as the burgers are concerned, I was really into the chili cheeseburger. She made some recommendations and I took them. I got my burger supposedly medium. Well I was so hungry. I basically didn’t even look at the burger when it came. I just started to eat it noticing that it wasn’t so warm or hot and want to look down. The burger was actually rare and not medium well. Stephanie apologized and offered to replace the burger but by then I was still starving and I said no but she went and got me one just cuz she felt bad. The manager came by and also said sorry as well and got me a new burger. Even though the burger was undercooked, it was very tasty. The burger had great flavor and the bun itself was a great compliment to what was between the buns itself. The french fries were good as well I think. Basically if if you had hand cut fresh fries would make the burger 10 times is better instead of using frozen seasoned fries. But that’s my opinion. Would I go back? Most definitely the service was awesome. In this case the service didn’t make up for the lack of food quality

Times grill has so many amazing servers at their Covington location that exemplify the epitome of how to keep satisfaction high with their customers. But I must admit, Neicy, hands down, trumps the lot of them when it comes to making sure our experience at this fine establishment is nothing short of perfect. She brought me ice tea without even asking, AND she knew what I wanted to order today Thursday, without even asking, BUT verified it just the same, in case I might order differently one day LOL. Denia took excellent care of getting me lunch today, and checked on me to see if everything was okay . Denia is always a delight to have wait on me. Thank you, Ma’am.
