Lots of dishes but none are amazing.
It’s what you expect to see in a. Chinese buffet. Thrown in are some chicken wings, fries, pizza and sushi.
Everything was warm, but it’s only piping hot when the line is being replenished.
The egg rolls are good as are the spring rolls. Everything else is average at best.
Service is adequate. $13 for a lunch isn’t bad and you can get your monies worth, but you won’t feel great about yourself afterwards.
The place is showing its age. Carpets and booths are worn. Portable air conditioners are throughout the dining room.
Fortune cookies were stale and bendy on this visit. I told the waitress and she smiled and nodded.
When he get out of the kitchen one of the customers who was there, tell him to relax because he was being really rude and aggressive,this man got very aggressive and started cursing and yelling again, he get closer to the customer.
At some point we could see that he almost hit him. The other lady try to calm him down and he tried to hit her. After that scene we had a somewhat quiet dinner although the bad vibe continued there and some insults come out every couple minutes.
We were able to finish eating I saw that the costumer try to leave after he and the people he was with finish eating. They went to pay their ticket and then the insults and yelling started again the worker also tried to hit the lady again and pushed her through the doors behind the front desk, they started arguing in their language and minutes after he walk inside and keep insulting and yelling to the costumers trying to start a fight, the lady one more time tried to calm him down, the costumers just get in their truck and leave.
It was a terrible atmosphere there were families (with little kids) present and he didn’t care. A restaurant is supposed to be a family and peaceful place to enjoy your food, the atmosphere supposed to be nice but in this place you can’t trust going there with your children with such scenes.
I would never comeback to this restaurant, because of this and what I heard… some people say that this isn’t the first time that this happens.
The waitress put everything on one ticket when we told her we were all paying separately. We went to the front counter to split the checks and resolve this.
When my brother and law went to pay, the owner assumed he was trying to skip out on paying for his whole family when he was the only one in his family of 5 who ate. My brother in law was trying to calmly explain, with the help of our waitress, that he was the only one who ate.
The owner disregard everything he said, even with the waitress’s validation, and started yelling and screaming. We told him to check the cameras to see we were telling the truth. He continued screaming and cursing, causing a scene in the restaurant.
We all exchanged words, and we eventually left. The whole incident could’ve been easily resolved if he would have been willing to talk through it all.
I’ll never eat here again. I would rather eat in a gas station bathroom. The customer service, or lack thereof, was terrible. The air conditioning did not work and everything was hot. The waitress broke drown under the owner’s pressure. The food was decent, but not worth almost fighting some random guy on the Fourth of July.
