Casa has a rich history of serving quality food in our comfy hacienda. From our famous green chile strips and margaritas to our traditional enchiladas and sizzling fajitas, we serve you with a friendly face and at-home feel. That may be in part because Casa actually started out as a private residence, built in the 1950s, one of the first homes constructed on Mechem Drive. The property was sold and converted into a restaurant in 1983 and over the years it has been added on to and transformed into its current layout. We are always eager to serve and can accommodate large parties or we can also cater at the venue of your choice. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Love the multi-level seating areas! The cheese enchiladas were delicious! I got two with the green chile salsa and one with the really spicy salsa verde. So good! Chips and red salsa are good, too!

We have been a customer of Casa Blanca for many years. The service and food are always great. They hire many diverse nationalities to augment their staff. We have enjoyed meeting many of them. I write this review to point out an exceptional waiter from Peru. His name is Emilio Camasca. If you have the good luck to have him wait on you it will greatly add to your dining experience.
On our next trip we had another waiter from Peru. Diego Choque was very pleasant and very attentive. We tried the chile rellenos with meat and cheese. Very good and plenty of food

The service is friendly but very poorly trained. We ordered margaritas and our apps. Then the server came back and took our lunch order. We never saw her again until after 30 minutes when all of our food and drinks came out at the same time. To top it off she forgot 1/2 of our order.
The green chile enchiladas were excellent and the green chile strips were great too bad everything came out all at the same time. The margaritas are not worth it.

We arrived with a party of 11 people. The hostess was extremely friendly. We waited 10 minutes for an area which held our entire family. Very clean restaurant with plenty of options to choose from. To access the kids menu, you have to use the QR code to load the full menu. I went with the stuffed green chilies mixed, one cheese and one ground beef. They were battered and cooked perfectly. My husband with the combo plate of enchiladas, tacos, and green chilies. The server was very attentive and the food was delivered in a timely manner. The price was affordable. Definitely recommend this place!

Well, this is an update. It had been awhile since I had eaten at Casa Blanca. There had been some construction going on and I just passed by until Sunday Easter. Dropped in for a quick bite about Noon. Good crowd. Did not have to wait for a table. I had a combo plate. Man, it was delicious! The the rice and beans were perfect. The enchiladas had so much beef I ended up getting to go box. Chips and salsa were fresh. Loved the salsa, spicy but not too spicy. No mouth burn, just great flavor. Ummmm, splurged and had a house margarita. It was well poured. Not stingy on the tequila one bit. So good in fact I had another one, on the rocks. Delish. I don’t know why I waited o long to enjoy the Mexican plate I had. I won’t wait near as long next time. Really recommend. The atmosphere was busy but efficient. We were not rushed by any means. Enjoyed the table where we were seated. Our server was a delight, wished I had gotten her name! She was attentive but didn’t hover. Great experience.

I was really excited to go here with my wife to celebrate Mothers Day. It was ok. We were treated to a mess at the entrance. There were papers napkins blown about. There were also some amazing flowers growing outside. See the photos of that area. The food would have received 5 stars except the appetizer was flat. We had the fried green chili. It was crisp and tasty but had zero heat. In fact, nothing ordered had any heat. Even the free chips and salsa had no heat. No it does not have to burn but at least a little heat would have made it better. Not a bad place by any stretch but my wife who’s very sensitive to heat even wanted something.
Our waiter only came by 3 times and we had to get someone else to fill my wife’s water cup. We also received a lecturer on they do not add lemon slices to the water unless asked after asking for a slice of lime.
The food was good but a little flat. It came out quickly and did taste good.
Overall the place was fine and the food fine, just not for us.
