Love that they open at 7 a.m. No lines or crowds. We were the only ones there so food came out quick. The corned beef hash never disappoints! The ube pancakes, however, was a bit disappointing. It didn’t have that distinct ube taste. In fact, it tasted like plain pancakes w/ maybe…and that’s a huge maybe… a hint of ube. The taste of the mac nuts pretty much overpowered all the other flavors. The color of ube was there, but definitely not the taste. I love me a good ube anything, and this wasn’t it this time. The best ube pancakes I’ve had at this chain of restaurants was at the Summerlin location. Lastly, the cream cheese syrup, wasn’t as creamy, cheesy, or sweet as I’ve had it at this and 3 other locations.

HUGE menu with tons of really delicious breakfast dishes can always be found at any BabyStacks but I have to say, I really enjoyed this particular location. The dining room was large and modern and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. This as opposed to some that can feel kind of small and cramped and where you’re eating elbow to elbow with other customers. That said, I always enjoy their specialty dishes such as their Portuguese Fried Rice and their Lolo Rick’s Adobo Fried Rice. However, their Mexican omelet is outstanding as well and you’ll definitely want to get any of your dishes with their seasoned potatoes as they are awesome! Me personally, I always choose to upgrade my toast to a baby stack of pancakes and with bananas foster – YUM! Plenty of parking can be found here as well.

We came here after seeing great reviews online and a bunch of TikTok videos talking about how inexpensive it was and how good the food is. I can agree—the food was excellent, and the meals themselves are definitely inexpensive. Where the cost adds up is with the drinks and sides: $4.25 for a black coffee and $6.00 for a side of bacon.
The service was outstanding and very friendly, especially considering how many people were waiting to get in. And you know what they say—when there’s a line, there’s usually good food.
I made a rookie mistake and didn’t realize there were multiple locations. We drove 30 miles to get here, only to find out later there was another location just 2.5 miles from our hotel.
Overall, great food and great service—just be prepared for pricier add-ons.

and my server was fast and friendly….. but then I got the bill!!! They charge you to use your credit card. Who carries cash now days? NO ONE!!!! I will not come back to this place ever again. Denny’s doesn’t charge you to use your credit card plus I get a senior discount. I ordered eggs Benedict and it’s just as good if not better at Denny’s This was my first time at your restaurant and my last.

Read the reviews before coming in so was definitely aware of some issues but the menu just sounded so good so we gave it a shot anyways. The food was bomb .com, but the service wasn’t that great, i mean we were only checked on once after the food came out and we were basically already done. The overall environment of the place was a mixture of tacky wall designs I’d give the experience a B.

Baby cakes The food was really good I had the banana foster pancakes and boy was that good. They also overcooked my egg omelette but it still tasted really good even for a mistake. We were pleased to beat the morning.
I ordered the breakfast burrito, it was very yummy. I would highly recommend their red salsa over the green one!
I upgraded my burrito from breakfast tomatoes to strawberry shortcakes. They we over the top sweet. So if you order these be ready for the sugar rush.
Hubby had Portuguese sausage and eggs. He gives it 7/10.
My little one had the LJ Special. He loved it! Then again, he’s never meet a pancake he’s never liked.

This place was AMAZING. The waffles were great. Fluffy inside but crispy on the outside. The chicken was great too. A little expensive but that’s all pancakes. The service was great, not too busy and again food was great 5/5

Horrible service and insanely expensive for the quality! They also force gratuity (understood for large parties) for horrible service! The manager had nothing to say about my concerns. I received no refill, my order was wrong, and she never came around to check if our party needed to go boxes. We finally went and asked for one after receiving the shocking check. Almost $5 for gas station flavored coffee, $6 for 3 slices of bacon, and $15 for ONE waffle is insane!!! I expected way more with those prices. Then to top it off, they charge more when you pay with a card!! Their lack of care for my concerns and their willingness to take every penny they can from their consumers to put out low quality food is disgraceful. This was my first and last visit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is Vegas, there are a thousand other places where you get better quality and higher quantity for the same cost without the additional gouging.
