I will stop buying from this location. The dude at the drive thru was not focused and mixing orders up. The meal i ordered tasted nothing like it should. The tartar sauce was barely on the fish meal and bun was tough to chew. No napkins was included in the meal bag, and the worst and most annoying is the half of a box fries that was sold as large. Great Service and Delicious Food
I want to thank Natalie for her amazing service. She was so kind and patient with my daughters, and made us feel very welcome and well taken care of the whole time. The food was also delicious and fresh. You can tell she loves her job and does it with a smile. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant experience. We will definitely come back!

The person at the register asked me to go to the machine to place the order myself because he didn’t know how to use the register. So I go through the drive thru and after placing the order and spending almost $50 they changed me $0.25 per sweet &sour container. It’s ridiculous..

Worst McDonald I’ve ever been too. They always take forever to get you your food. When they do they always have attitude. They are stingy with their fries and ice cream. They always forget items. Last time I was there, their water tasted like iron. It was horrible. They need a new managing system ASAP.

Slowest and most out of touch staff I have ever experienced. Quite literally ordered 2 drinks (which should be filled immediately) and a cheeseburger, and waited 15 minutes while the workers moped around. Management needs to do better or get new management bc how is this allowed?

I don’t even know what the point of writing this because they have a 3.3 review so me writing about what the issue is certainly not gonna fix it but here goes. Your staff is horrible. That means your management is horrible which means the one tree whoever owns this place it’s not doing a good job of managing a restaurant. Seems like you don’t take Prideon having a high rating just on the drive-through line and the guys are one monotone one minute I’ll be right with you. Another car gets on the second lane after I’ve been waiting for five minutes and then they start taking care of him. How is that possible? I’ve been waiting here for a moment. Zero customer service.

I get food here and they usually have a nasty attitude and prepare it with mediocrity. They will purposely ignored you and ive seen it done to mant other customers who just ordered. No napkins in a to go order, get ignored when they just handed you the food they dont even ask if you need or missing anything. Which is expected from McDonald’s but if I buy food here on the app or in person you shouldnt deny me sauce with my food or Atleast put a big sign that youll charge me for sauce. Like not even one for free for the food you got. I got some food now and it just leaves a bad taste now cause of the whole experience. Had to write this before even eating and I was starving until now.

Worst mcdonald’s ever. Costumer services is the worst. No one employee have the decency to ask if you need help (including the supervisor). Definitely I rather eat in a gas station than this place. No sympathy for the costumer at all. Worst fast food and employee people to deal with.

Ive waited so long to write this review. This McDonald’s is filled with the most incompetent workers.. ever. They dont know how to make a burger (they forget ingredients), they dont use the right ingredients (shredded lettuce instead of leaves of lettuce on a 1/4 pounder), they take a lifetime to make your order. They rarely have chocolate syrup to make a mocha apparently. They dont give the right sauces for the chicken nuggets.. burgers arent wrapped completely.. Im not sure whats with the place, either the managers dont know how to train or the kids who works there are just completely oblivious.
