Ordered to go order. It’s usually a hit and miss on our order being correct. We’ve ordered the kids cinnamon dippers a couple times and they are usually plain with no cinnamon. Today my husband ordered the cinnamon stack pancakes and this is what he got. At first it looked like they were the blueberry pancakes and they just scraped the toppings off but its actually just a blob of cinnamon.

I’ve been going to this IHOP on the weekends pretty regularly for a couple of years now, and I have to say, I always feel at home here. The food is always good, the waitresses know your name and make time to stop and have conversations about anything. Yadi has been my waitress most of the time when I go and she never falls short of treating anyone like family. She moves quick and takes care of people she serves and still manages to converse and ask anyone how they have been. She also takes time to get to know what your food preferences are so when you come in to eat she already has what you want ready to go. She adds a layer of personality to the restaurant and to the people that work with her. I have and will continue to come here and tell people about the hard work and good people that work at this IHOP. Me and my boyfriend came here to have breakfast and order our food and drinks..as my boyfriend was paying we noticed that the server Daniela charge us a extra drink that we didn’t order and still made an excuse about how she can’t remove it…This was our first time coming to this IHOP we weren’t satisfied with the outcome of this place.

Went to Ihop in decatur today and had Aj as our server! He was such a great server and an addition to the Ihop team! Every server was attentive but he took great care of us. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

Always enjoy breakfast here. Pot of coffee makes everything better not having to wait for refill. Nikole is one of our favorite waitresses. She is always happy to greet her customers no matter how busy it may be. Really enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

Yadi was awesome!! She was always making sure our drinks were full offered some insight on the menu and answered questions when we had some. She was super attentive when we needed something she was there! She was our number one!!! I’ll definitely becoming back and only wanting yadi as my server!!!

Service was fantastic! Not once I had to ask for a refill. Yadi makes you feel welcome every time she is very professional and probably the best server IHOP has ever had at this location. I highly recommend asking for her to be your waitress

Really enjoy coffee and NOT having to wait for refill. Coffee pot at our table makes it convenient. Waitresses are generally very busy. Empty cup of coffee, Waiting for food to arrive, time suddenly becomes enhanced. This is why we enjoy IHOP. I would hope coffee pots don’t go away.

This IHOP is definitely a well managed location. Greeted and seated promptly as a party of two, and noticed immediately that food wait times were expected to be a bit extended. Our waitperson, Felicia, was awesome with just the right amount of attentiveness, even with after service add-ons. The food was fresh and tasted good, and the place was very clean. Will definitely return.

As mundane and melancholy most days are it is an absolute delight to walk in to a warm environment , where the servers are completely attentive and on point with every little request is made as important as if a king commanded an order of cadence. The bright sweet demeanor makes you feel like family . Props to the cook Jo he never misses the mark on your eggs or if you want crispy or soft toast . Least but certainly not last the sweet lady Daina whom is the heart of this operation keeping every table clean every dish ready for the next excited patron to dine with pristine dishware and silver wear . My only complaint would be that the man incharge seems to not understand that we the customer the patron loves our own little cozy coffee pot like our personal pot to pour at our own leisure. Thank you to Felicia who always makes me feel welcomed and like family !
