Everything was alright until we find out there were no chicken nuggets on the happy meal. This is not the first time it happened on this McDonald. .

The dining experience today was disappointing. While the fries were served hot, my sandwich was inexplicably cold despite being freshly prepared. To make matters worse, I discovered an ant floating in my drink, which nearly made me sick. Given this experience, I have decided not to return and would advise others to think twice before visiting.

Update: … and whoever checks the bags before they are served to the customer, DO BETTER! How are you gonna sign the bag receipt like you checked it and miss that there isn’t a large fry in the bag with a burger?! Oh and I’m still often missing things I’ve paid for (condiments, sides) and always missing napkins and straws. Come on!

Your food will be good and the people seem to be nice, but they are the condiment police and rationing apparently. Been going here for months and ALWAYS missing ketchup and napkins even when I’ve added them on my mobile order. Went tonight and now they’re apparently only giving out 4 ketchups in prepackaged cookie sleeves. The manager must run the place like they are paying the bills. So annoying.

The main reason I frequent McDonalds was for the self-serve fountain machines. It seems as though this place has gone the route of moving the machine behind the counter and charging for every cup that’s half ice. Recommend skipping this location if you usually go for refills with your meals.

Get it together ladies. You’re too busy laughing in the kitchen not reading the orders properly. They gave me the wrong sandwiches first and then remade them missing ingredients.

Really clean updated location with panels to order food. Turning into this location can be confusing. Staff have the ordering system down right. Food comes out quickly and delicious!

.It is generally considered poor practice and potentially unsafe in a restaurant setting to spray chemical cleaners, like Windex, in the immediate vicinity of customers who are eating.
Here’s why it’s a problem:
Inhalation Risk: The fine mist from a spray bottle can become airborne, and you could potentially inhale the chemical fumes, which can cause respiratory irritation.
Contamination: The spray could drift and land on your food, drink, or utensils, leading to chemical contamination.
Customer Experience: Regardless of the immediate health risk, having chemicals sprayed near you while you eat is unpleasant and disrupts the dining experience.
Most professional cleaning and safety guidelines for food service establishments recommend:
Using a cloth that has been pre-sprayed with the cleaning solution to wipe down surfaces, rather than spraying directly.
Cleaning areas only when they are clear of food and customers, or ensuring a significant distance and barrier is maintained.
Using designated sanitizing solutions that are safe for food-contact surfaces, which Windex typically is not. Please let the night manager know that it is not cool.

When the woman handed me my change there was a long black hair mixed in with the coins. Unfortunately, when I got my fillet of fish sandwich there was a long black hair mixed in with that as well. It was not a good experience today.
