Waited an additional 45 min once I arrived to pick up my order. After waiting 30 min, I was told they did not have items in my order avail. and did I want a substitution. I would think, they would have asked me that when I placed the order? After my order was bagged and brought to the counter, several items were missing, so it was a good thing I checked. Waited again for the missing items.

I hate being like this, working in the service industry. But our experience was my worst yet at a restaurant. Our server dropped off an incorrect drink and not enough straws. Didn’t return for 15 min. Took our order, didn’t come back. One order of traditional wings (all flats) had MANY feathers on them. Basically shrugged it off, but did get me new wings (not all flats). Admitted to seeing the feathers on them but brought them anyways. The new order still had feathers. Our server blamed said the kitchen was “mad” and that “it’s chicken what do they expect?!” Our other orders were all-you-can-eat, in which they weren’t asked about refills for their wings until the end of the meal. Finally, we asked for a manager and the manager genuinely didn’t CARE at all. She barely listened before she walked away saying she’d take it off my check. Well, maybe I wanted dinner still? All the staff lacked sympathy, didn’t care at all about our experience.

Waited for an hour and a half for our food. Only for them to tell us the food got moxed up so it’s going to be another 30mins. Waitress tried to tell us “i’ll let the manager know maybe they can take stuff off your tab.” This is so unacceptable. Meanwhile people that came WAY after us got their food served without problems.

I wish I had read reviews before eating here. This restaurant had about 20 people in it when we arrived and less when we left. I was excited about eating here because it has been a few years since I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings-Romeoville, IL, and it was always really good food. It was around 1:30-2;00pm, on a Thursday. The chips and queso dip were good and my friend’s hamburger and fries were good. I ordered Diet Pepsi and it tasted sweet, so I mentioned it to waitress and she said she could get me another but promised me it was correct. I asked her if it was the Pepsi zero and she said it was Diet Pepsi, so I ordered tea because it was not a regular Diet Pepsi. I ordered wings and celery from the lunch menu. I pointed to the bone-in wings and I was not asked if I wanted bone in or boneless wings. I got boneless wings and the celery was old – very stringy and ends were slightly dark. I have a photo and don’t see where I can add this to the review. I don’t like boneless and it’s not what I ordered. I ate one and asked for my meal to be removed from the bill. I didn’t have time to wait for correct order to be cooked. I spoke to the manager and he said the celery was right off the truck, today. He asked if I ordered bone-in wings so I pulled out menu and pointed at what I ordered. He then said ‘I can’t see that far’ and then proceeded to put on his glasses. I was sitting in a booth towards the end and his comment was uncalled for. At this point I knew he was upset and not going to take care of this like it should have been. Not customer friendly! I told him to bring me the bill and I would handle this problem with review. So here it is.

Server was great. Food was horrible!!! We waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes until I approached the manager who offered an apology. We waited another 15 minutes and served with cold food—not lukewarm—COLD… !!! No compensatory offers, just an, “I’m sorry and cold food.” I don’t think I’ll be frequenting BWs for a while and I will not be returning to Quincy, IL, location. Unbelievable!

We live an hour away so do not make it to BWW very often. The last two time we have came in two months apart we have came in as family of four. We get seated then for over thirty minutes no one even takes our drinks. No one Even says a word to us. I would understand if they were busy but they were not. Maybe three other tables. Got take out at the Quincy IL Buffalo Wild Wings. Ordered inside for take out. Was told 20 minutes and my food would be ready. Waited 45 minutes. Asked the gal that was behind the to-go counter to check on my order. She brought my order out and said here you go. I live 40 minutes from Quincy, IL. I ordered chili and chicken on my nachos. Paid extra. Only chicken, no chili. Never again will I spend money at the Quincy Buffalo Wild Wings. Wish I could post pictures of my receipt that I paid for and a picture of what I received
