This is what Taco Bell handed me after I politely asked them to fix their mistake. I ordered black beans, got beef, and when I asked for a replacement, they gave me this… thing. It looks like someone dropped it, kicked it, and then tried to reassemble it with zero effort.
It was greasy, and completely unappetizing — like they were trying to prove a point for daring to ask for the right order. The tortilla was burnt in spots and soggy in others. Whatever was inside was a mystery mash of regret.
If I wanted something that looked and tasted this bad, I’d microwave leftovers from three nights ago.
This isn’t food — it’s a cry for help wrapped in a tortilla.

The Crunchwrap literally looked like they squeezed all the ingredients together and just stuffed it inside like a Thanksgiving turkey. Oh and then peed on it. Yes there was some form of liquid dripped across the taco and wrapper. Waited 15 minutes at the window AFTER placing a mobile order 25 minutes prior. The employees wouldn’t stay off their phones and one itched his back with the bare hands he handled our food with. Did I mention it took 15 minutes to make half assembled, radioactive looking food. Every single time I’ve been here they’ve forgotten something. The bean burrito smelled like beans but was 90% tortilla. Literally 4 layers of tortilla with a thin strip of beans that look like my dog wiped his butt across the carpet. I get its fast food but wow it’s unbelievable how awful his place is, not to mention the inside is 90 degrees and somehow humid like the Amazon.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS STORE!!! I understand that I ordered food in the middle of the night, but that does not justify the terrible service I’ve experienced from this store. I bought “2 Chicken Chalupas Supreme combo, 2 orders of 3 DLTs Supreme, 3 Baja Blast, and a 4-piece chicken strips”. My terrible experience started with the lady who took my order who keeps cutting me off with her “can I get you anything else” line while I’m trying to build my order. Secondly she messed up my order because she is too busy laughing and talking with her coworkers. She forgot the taco that should’ve came with the Chalupas Supreme combo, my other order of 3 DLTs Supreme and 2 Baja Blast drinks. I had to ask for the 2 drinks again and reorder the 3 DLTs. I came home with all soggy meatless DLTs, half burnt chicken strips and a missing taco.
Taco Bell, I understand that you are not the best fast food place. But if you expect your customers to pay for full price, the least you can do is give proper service and provide the accurate presentation of your food based on your advertising.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever ate from. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Upper management needs to be ashamed of their selves. All of our food was cold, and when I say cold I mean winter cold, like the food had been sitting outside before they gave it to us. And on top of that our whole order was wrong. Instead of giving me my nacho bell grande, they gave me chips with no cheese. I am fully disappointed in Taco Bell. I ordered my food at 11:18 at the Taco Bell on Olivia way. Every time I give them another chance they disappoint me even more. Also I called the store and was told there was nothing they could do to help me in retrieving my food. I was even willing to bring the food back but wasn’t able to do that either. I plan to hear from someone about this matter. Because at this point I feel like I’ve just been robbed. $30 for a bunch of nothing I ordered and missing items. Whoever is in charge needs to learn a thing or two about customer service because this business will not last much longer with the way they do things.

We ordered through door dash. 3 of the 7 things we ordered weren’t in the bag. The food that was in the bag was obviously not made with a care in the world. Literally every aspect was terrible. This location used to be great, I’m not sure why it’s gone so far down hill

What happened? 3/8/26 was pathetic. All cars sat still for a good fourty minutes. Saw a couple employees chilling in the parking lot and asked what was going on. My question was met with indifference and aggression. I prepayed so couldn’t leave but the hour I spent in line was brutal. What the hell happened

Whoever was managing Saturday Feb. 28, 2026 at 6pm was ill prepared. Not only did I wait 15 minutes in the drive thru lane just to get to the speaker box, but when someone did get on to take my order they couldn’t understand the difference between Chicken Quesadilla and Cantina Chicken Quesadilla.
I know there was someone talking from the other end, but whoever it was was so soft spoken that I couldn’t hear.
Up to that point I had been patient – I know what it’s like to be unexpectedly short-handed – but at what I perceived to be a lack of response, I asked if I should come inside. The manager then decided to bark out “Give us a minute!”
Well, I’m not going to order anything at that point, so I left. It may be quite awhile before I try that store again
