Stopped in the drive thru to get ice cream and got to the second window and was handed a half made McFlurry. I ordered an m&ms McFlurry with extra m&ms looked in it and it was barely half full of ice cream handed it back the lady named Shauna the manager said “Here, but we ain’t mixing it up for you” and proceeded to hand it back so disrespectfully. And my boyfriend was just like we just wanted to get the ice cream we paid for and she huffed and walked away. How rude can you be?? Then I started eating it after mixing it MYSELF and found that there was no extra at all it looks like they did one thing of the m&ms and called it a day. Maybe do your job correctly and you won’t have to stop your drive thru line to fix it ♀️ ♀️

The service was a difficult experience. The Grinch showed up and not in a funny way and then the atmosphere. There was really no way to get any napkins. You had to go ask for everything and getting a person available was difficult. The food was pretty good but they need a lot of help. Their service quality needs more workers!

I love skipping the line with curbside pickup but this location is really nice and clean on the inside. I love the new renovations! The employees were bickering where everyone could hear which was unprofessional but otherwise, we had a nice lunch.

So I’m sitting in my car waiting for my husband to come out with our to go order. 2 egg sandwiches. 1 hash brown. We have been here for 30 MINUTES. 30 minutes for 2 “fast food” sandwiches. Always have to wait for old food. I worked at McDonald’s as a teen so I get the issues. This one however pulls every car regardless so their drive-thru time stays low. Franchises can write off their waste to MCDONALD’S so why serve old food, makes no sense.

I don’t think I have ever been through the drive thru and not have had to pull up and wait on my order. This would be a little more acceptable if the food were fresh, but most of the time it is not. I do not blame the workers, I believe this is a management/ownership issue.
Most recently, we had to wait over 20 minutes after arriving for an order that was placed 10-15 minutes before we arrived.
Also, whether the order is going to be correct is 50/50.

To the 12 year old working the register: please do not give me a nasty attitude when I ask for my order to be correct. Ordered a bagel with extra sauce, and planned to come pick up inside because I predicted (correctly) that as always, I wouldn’t receive that request, and wanted to be able to quickly get my extra sauce that I knew would be missing. Since my bagel has literally NO sauce, I asked for 2 cups of sauce (1 for what was missing, 1 for the extra ordered). After trying to charge me an extra dollar for something I already should have received, I said I would like to just have them for free considering they would have been free/already included on my sandwich if it was just made as ordered. More attitude, then goes back and throws a literal half cup of sauce at me. I am getting really sick of never, EVER, EVERRRRRR getting extra sauce when requested, and I absolutely do not appreciate rudeness from a child for trying to get what I already paid for.
