Well, this is the last time I’ll go to McCalisters. I spent very $50 for dinner and the quality of this food is a joke. Look at this pickle, why would you ever put this in someone’s order. And this sandwich is missing 1/2 bun and looks like it’s was smashed together. Save your time and money and just got to the grocery store.

I watched this store go from 2.3 stars to 4.0 in a little under 6 months. I can very much see the difference. The young pretty light-skin woman with the beauty mark at the register was so smiley and bubbly and definitely made my first impression friendly. She helped me add dessert my meal. I ordered a massive lunch for my staff and i was never given attitude like i have been at many other Memphis establishments. The food came out quickly and then Brittany and a shorter woman came to help me drop off the drinks in my car. Overall the improvements made within the team and food and cleanliness has been amazing. I cant wait to see them hit the 4.5 star mark and fully believe they can if they keep it up

I walked in and ordered a large bowl of chicken tortilla soup. When I got home I heated it to piping hot and added a few sliced jalapeños. That soup was so darn good! 5*****

Landon.M did an amazing job helping me with my order. I placed a delivery order through their website and the third party delivery service Uber Eats ruined my delivery. Landon was very kind and patient helping me with a problem that his store did not cause. Excellent customer service and helped me get a refund for damaged items

I placed a mobile order on a busy Sunday lunch rush and it was ready on time! Imagine that. I ordered two different salads and they were both DELICIOUS!! He got the southwest chicken salad and I got the Savannah chopped salad which was distinctly unique for sure. The gargonzola cheese was almost too much but it rode the line of wow did that punch my taste buds. The dressing was sweet and savory with the most delicate onion flavor that was so pleasant and paired perfectly with the dried cranberries and honey roasted almonds. The container was a good size and filled, and they did NOT skimp on the toppings. It was loaded. I highly recommend the salads at this location. However, I will say you dropped the ball on my avocado I added. Quality control missed what little bit ended up on my plate. You know better than to serve that monstrosity and I quickly just scraped it off my plate into the garbage can, no harm done, but come on y’all. You can do better than that if you’re fixing salads that were almost perfect.

I love this place. I have nothing bad to say about this location. Everyone is helpful and friendly. My food is always good, and the order is always correct. I tried their witches’s brew the other day, and it was too sweet, but I added water, and yum! Keep up the great work!

I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived I stood and waited for my order to be completed. The whole time it was done but not sitting on the rack provided for people to walk in and grab (like most people do on a limited lunch break).
Additionally, I specified “no bacon” but the sandwich has bacon. I could simply remove it but someone who doesn’t eat bacon for various reasons- it’s disappointing.
Lastly, what’s most disappointing is the missing dressing with the Savanna Chopped salad! Shame to say it’s probably best to order in person or skip lunchtime altogether if you want your order done correctly.

Got a Max Spud which is a loaded potato, the inside of it was really good,the potato was very dry but it was a big potato got a chef salad and nothing but lettuce very poor no eggs no nothing extra just lettuce.

I’m typically a fan of McAlister’s but this location left some things to be desired. My party of 2 stopped here for a quick lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered and received our food fairly quickly. I was disappointed in the sweet tea. It was very bland and didn’t taste like the sweet tea that I had grown to love years ago. My club sandwich was dry and there wasn’t much meat on it. The other guest had a turkey sandwich and the same complaint, not enough meat. These were both sandwiches that we’ve had at other McAlister’s locations, so we were expecting similar quality.
