I know a business usually only gets the negative feedback and never the positive feedback,but yesterday 2/26/26 we went in to this location around 11:30am as in our location in Ga we don’t have Krystal’s sadly ours closed down. As soon as we entered we was welcomed in, helped with ordering,received fresh food and was thanked for coming to Krystal’s! Our food was very fresh and hot plus only a few workers. The manager at this location on shift yesterday morning Mrs/Ms Tonya (hope I spelled her name right) needs a raise or even a promotion up for going above and beyond for Krystal’s and making sure the location is running properly. I did report to the corporate also about her being such an awesome manager and leader!!!

On a particularly stressful morning, the employee working the drive through window was a welcomed experience. She was extremely courteous, professional & gracious. Regretfully, I did not get her name in my haste. She should be commended.

I placed a mobile app order and pulled up to grab my order at 9:01 and the lady hid in the back and did not come to the window to even say they’re closed but the open sign was still on and the app was not shut down.
10 minutes later she proceeded to tell us to call customer service which the number provides the store number & then eventually came to the door and said well im by myself and we dont do refunds. Never mind you they are supposed to be open until 1AM…

Got pulled up for inedible food could have probably ate the eggs and the grits but I didn’t pay 12$ for eggs and grits so wow. Bacon been recooked and the biscuits was gritty and dry save your coins go to the grocery store

Seems like I eat hear at least once a year. Every year it gets worse. No a/c for over a year now. Entrance has debris hanging that could hurt someone. Usually takes at least ten minutes for someone to take the order and that’s with nobody in the building but me. So bad. This place needs to be condemned but till then I’ll take the abuse once a year.

Sat at the drive through windows for 3 minutes for someone to say “hold on” rudely. Waited 5 more minutes and nobody answered after multiple hellos. This place needs to be torn down and made into a place where people want your business. This place is a joke!!

This lady on the speaker was rude and when I pulled up to the drive tru the rudeness continued because she was also the cashier. I placed an order at 8am and she already seemed bothered. I don’t know the lady name but 10/25/2025 at 8 am. Maybe she was the manger, doesn’t matter that attitude should have been left at home. I feel sorry for her coworkers.

The Krystal’s we received tonight were just the worst I have ever had. I would be ashame to service my customers Krystal like we got, the buns were stale and so tough you could hardly chew them and the hamburger was not very tasty! Somebody needs to do something about this Krystal’s Restaurant, they don’t care what they service their customers. Went thru drive thru. This is in Savannah on Abercorn St.
