Part of the staff did a great job greeting their guests. I was purchasing a filet of fish sandwich for my family members and the cashier brought to my attention the “Tuesday Special” which is the buy one get one. I thought that was nice of her and because she presented the upsell, I took advantage of it.

Food was fresh but shakes took forever. We ordered online and watched at least ten cars get fully served through the drive thru and another 6 from the pick up spots before us. Fresh fries mean nothing if they’re cold by the time we get to leave and eat. The 10th st location is just an extra five minutes down the road and I’ve never had service bad enough to write a review there.

Don’t waste your time and go there… I went once and they were out of strawberry pies, so I agreed that they could substitute it for apple. I had ordered two orders of two pies, only received one. Did not have time to go back to the location to correct the mistake, money down the drain. This time that I went, I had ordered one McChicken. There’s usually a very long wait here, so I waited patiently. When I received my McChicken it was hard as a brick. My expectations weren’t high as it is, but this is just disappointing. I have also been approached by drug addicts the past two times I have been to this location.

Went in at lunchtime. Order was taken out. I ordered lots of of items. So, I made sure to say items slowly so it would be no confusion. And still it was.. She had to repeat it back to me twice. So, I paid total- thought kinda high , but nevertheless I paid it. Looked at receipt. Then I knew what cashier did. She charged me for 2 spicy McCrispy when I ordered 2 spicy mcchickens.. Big difference in price. So always be cautionary and check order if something seems higher than usual. How do you repeat an order back and still get it wrong? Anyway, won’t be going back. Maybe it’s the laughing and playing or heavy false lashes that prevents one from seeing the screen.. ♀️.. Also, the lady mopping the floor behind the counter was mopping the fries that were on floor instead of sweeping floor then mopping.

Staff are always kind and helpful. The sweet tea at this location is top notch and puts every other McDonalds in the Greenville, NC area to shame. Im calling you out Ayden (NC 102) and Winterville (Memorial Drive) locations. Get it together.

McDonald’s is already a bad fast food franchise but every single time I go to this McDonald’s the food is cold straight from the bag. They always forget something on the sandwiches. Food is always thrown together. Everytime I get a frappe the ice is so thick you can’t even drink it . They are in such a hurry it’s no point of even going to this one. People always have an attitude. Might as well go to McDonald’s on Arrington. New management and new team them please . Not knocking no one’s job but dang find a different one.

We door dashed but called ahead to literally called to ask if the Arch meal is there. The worker said yes and someone ordered it 5 minutes ago. This is the second time I’ve ordered this meal and still I haven’t ate it. This McDonald’s sucks and I hate that I can’t change my location to a different McDonalds cause I would never order here again.

I placed a mobile order through the app. Gave them the number when I got to the drive thru. I got to the window and they repeatedly tried to give me the wrong food. Then they questioned who I told my mobile order number to at the drive-through window because everyone was just so confused. Finally, some kid asks me to pull up into drive-through spot 1 and says they’ll bring my order out. 35 minutes later, with hungry kids in the car still no food as all the cars ordering through the drive-through are coming and going while I sit there and wait and don’t receive the order that I placed ahead of time. I told them to cancel it and left. After leaving, they marked my order as “complete” in the app so I got charged for food they never made and that I never received. I guess I’m filing a dispute in the morning. What a joke. Just go ANYWHERE else.
