Went to Wendy’s after shopping at Walmart and decided to go in and sit down. The restaurant was almost empty and it was a wreck. There was food and crumbs all over the place, chairs weren’t clean, and trashes were overflowing. I went to get ketchup and their dispensers were empty. Went to go ask for ketchup packets and tell the worker they were empty and the entire time we were there nobody refilled them. We spent at least 25 minutes in the store and not a single employee came out from behind the counter to clean the mess that was the lobby. When I went to grab our food I glanced at the kitchen and it was disgusting too. Food all over the ground. We almost debated not eating our food but decided to since we already paid. It wasn’t terrible. But it wasn’t the best either. We probably won’t be back.

The floor was so sticky I literally walked out of my sandal. The food took forever and there’s just not enough employees for the amount of customers. The lobby is filthy, the ice dispenser will only work half the time and there was no ketchup in either dispenser. There were also no cups to get ketchup. There was also a spill and an employee was notified as soon as it happened. Nobody ever cleaned it so I went to the counter and asked for a wet floor sign. The employee then put one out but still left the mess.

I just went in and ordered two Dave’s doubles and sweet tea was 18.54 then sat 15 mom’s and the soda fountain didn’t work… 18 mins into a 2 burger and ic3d tea order see attached photos..

I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m hoping the management or owners will see this and make some changes. This is the 4th time I’ve gone to the Shawnee, OK location and every time it has been a disappointment. Tonight, there were absolutely no customers yet somehow all the pop was flat, counters were dirty, employees seemed like they hated their jobs, the food took a ridiculous amount of time to be ready (even though there were no customers) and when I got in the car and left I realized my food was cold and they had given me the wrong burger. This location definitely needs improvement.

They have good nuggets and friendly front person when I went but we waited exactly 30 minutes for our food when there was barely no one.
They even had to “remake” my burger bc it was cold from sitting on the counter so long but my “new” burger still had a mark that I left and it tasted terrible I couldn’t eat anymore or give it to my kid. (I would’ve rather got my already made burger when it was made then a cold disgusting one)
Very disappointed for my first time here in forever and won’t be back (at least to this location and definitely for no burgers)

The food wasn’t good on my visit for lunch. The hamburger was barely warm, the fries were cold, and the fountain machine wasn’t working properly. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but Wendy’s, at least this location, isn’t the Wendy’s I used to love at all. Sorry!

They where out. But she offered us to try there Asiago chicken sandwich. & she put me on to some real American food

I was all over the place but the cashier was very patient and he seemed nice
I got a chocolate swil frosty it was too chocolattly even for a chocolate dessert it was over the top but I still enjoyed it
It was empty besides me and one other couple but it was peaceful for me
Edit: 3 weeks later and its the same

The workers were very polite and the food was good, but the drink machine was broken and there was a roach crawling at the booth we were at. Most likely will not eat here again.

Had mention to the 2 front counter workers that the restroom needed to be service and they both said okay. Dined in and waited for the restroom to be serviced and no one cleaned it in the 30 minutes we were there.
