My son is visiting us for a couple of weeks and he requested we go have BBQ. I happen to know Joe, the owner of Joe T’s Savory Meats, so we went there for lunch. Joe has a small food truck but don’t let that fool you. We ordered a pound of brisket, a pound of pulled pork, and brisket burnt ends. For sides, we had the Cole slaw, baked beans, and Mac & cheese. Joe let us try the side pork burnt ends which was really good but we just had side pork a couple of days ago. The food quality and taste are great! Be sure to get Joe’s spicy sauce and honey mustard sauce. The price is a bit high but that’s expected for any BBQ. If you want great value, try his various sandwich combo. Will go back to Joe’s. If you are in the Vilonia area, make sure to stop by.
Joe is sure to talk your ears off but you can’t go wrong with the food.
