The burgers are pretty good and the prices aren’t too out there. If you have a normal appetite, you’d likely be full with a burger, drink, and a side. I like the different ounces and the variety of meat that they provide. My favorite burger at the moment has to be Hell in the Pacific because of the sweet sauce and the slight heat. However, it could be spicier. I also recommend the strawberry shortcake shake because it’s not too sweet and doesn’t feel like a sugar overload like most shakes. It’s a good place to go to when it’s not busy because if it is, it takes a while for your server and food to come out. My dine in time could’ve been maybe 45-60 minutes but instead it was 1.5 hours and I had to go get someone to take out order 35 minutes in.

We really loved the environment. It’s kid friendly and welcoming for any group. Kids are able to get inside of the vehicle far end of the bar. The food was delicious and a children’s menu is available. We waited about 35 minutes for our food. Other tables that were seated when we arrived seem to have waited a while also. We put the children’s food in prior to ordering our food and let the server know we wanted their food out as soon as possible. The children received their food 10 minutes before we did. The burgers were great and original. I would definitely return, the food and environment are great.

The food and service were excellent! We loved the burgers and sweet potato fries! The milkshakes are thick and tasty, but the cookie dough shake is not cookie dough. It tastes like cookie crumbs from cooked cookies. It’s okay, just not cookie dough. The atmosphere is super cool! But, the prices are high.

My family and I were in the mood for burgers and my hubby saw this place come up on a google search. How can you go wrong when “Burger” is literally in the name?

Pulling up, you’re immediately greeted by a giant robot out front and what looked to be a warning on the door about real sounds being played inside the restaurant of what sounds like battle noise from war. All of a sudden, the name had started to make sense to me. Along with apocalyptic robot decor and bullet holes throughout the restaurant, this place was immediately attractive to our two-year-old who enjoyed pointing out all the details to us. The staff even animated one of the robots to talk to her while she was admiring one of them. It both startled and intrigued her while giving us a good laugh and major parent goodie points. Beyond coloring items, this is a plus for the kiddos!

My hubby ordered the jalapeno-styled burger while I got “the standard”. Neither burgers were particularly stand-out compared to other burger joints we’ve had in the triad, but they weren’t bad either. They were a bit dry and the toppings didn’t do much to salvage that. Additionally, I’m almost sure the mac and cheese side was a box of Kraft.

Otherwise, overall we enjoyed our experience here and would recommend it based on that if anything. Very family-friendly!

First of all, the decor is awesome! I’ve only been there twice, but the service is great, the beers are cold AND the burgers are fantastic! Not only do they have a large selection, but you can choose from 6 or more sides, as well as what size burger you would like, 1/4, 1/2 or 2/3lb. burger. Worth the trip!!

Went for a late lunch. Had eaten here a few years ago & it was blah food so we had not been back. Our daughter wanted to go so we did. Soooo much better! It was nice that it wasn’t crowded being mid afternoon. The waitress was friendly & attentive, the food was great, & it was clean inside. We both had burgers & fries & we both enjoyed them. The fried pickles were great too. The food was fast and hot. We paid using a QR code on the receipt which felt weird, but they did acknowledge us as we were leaving. We will definitely go back again.

This was a fantastic find for me – as one with Celiac disease, I really appreciate a solid Gluten Free menu. Not only do they have GF buns, but they have onion rings battered in rice flour – it’s been ages since I’ve had onion rings! What a treat.

Dined in. Several staff members interacted with us and were very friendly and knowledge of gf options. The atmosphere is cool and clean! My food was perfection! Really a gem!

Wonderful people, very accommodating to our two little guys. The robots were a hot topic of discussion and the food was a big hit! Pictures are from the 3 year old aspiring photographer….

This was my second experience at this restaurant. The first visit took 40 minutes to get our food because the waitress was performing double duty working with the kitchen, but there were only about six tables seated in the whole place. This visit started out the same way since we had to wait several minutes to get a drink order while other waitresses just walked around as if they had nothing to do. We asked someone for assistance and they went to get our waitress whom began to apologize that she was covering both stations, keeping in mind the place was half empty. We finally got our food, mine was the Raptor burger that was supposed to be cooked medium, but was well done. The jalapeno was raw and hard, which I was told was normal. That was a first for me that a pepper wasn’t at least warmed up or sauteed. Finally, the fries were a combination of reheated fries that were recooked and half were burnt and the other half soggy and greasy. We pointed these problems out to the manager and he showed no concern about trying to correct this problem and charged us full price for the meal which was half eaten. This was a complete failure on customer satisfaction!
