I am a doordasher and customer. I have had MANY dashes from this location, and each time I went there were issues that’s absolutely the employees faults. Not only do they lack any kind of communication skills, but they are terrible with order making, getting door out on time, and terrible with customer service. They don’t greet you, they avoid the order counter, and they are very sloppy with making the food. They also many times forgot to put certain food items in people’s bags. Do not go to this taco bell. Avoid at all cost.

I went here after getting a refund from McDonald’s, but believe me when I tell you the service was just as bad. As a guy who worked at taco bell on nw 23rd may in okc, the food and presentation was absolutely dreadful. More salad than anything else in my crunchwrap, although I added extra cheese. The fold is terrible as can be and without it distributed evenly, the tortilla split in two areas, leaving my clothes ruined as I carpool home. This town needs to step it up when it comes to their fast food.

Do not eat here. Do yourself a favor and just go to Qdoba. Not only did they charge me 16 dollars for a goddamn 9.99 box, they didn’t even get a single thing right on the order. They even gave me cinnamon twists with cheese. This place is an absolute disaster and I suggest never eating at any Taco Bell establishment. This place suuuuuucks

Service is slow and the order is never correct. When you try to tell them they just send you a stupid coupon. I just want my order how I order it with the items I ordered. It’s only at night that I have issues but their night crews seem to just not care. Food is cold, thrown together (literally), often missing items, and smashed. Once I got a five layer burrito with only two items on it and stone cold. Listen I love Taco Bell, I would just like them to make items how they are ordered.

The staff are terrible! I have never dealt with such crappy service until this location! They do not care about their doordashers and have no respect for customers! The manager and a younger girl completely ignored me for a drink for my order! The level of disrespect the staff has is outrageous! ZERO stars for this store! I swear the kiosks are making these employees lazy! Interact with the customers and dashers please! Thanks.

My u haul wouldn’t fit through the drive thru, so I called and explained the situation and asked if I could come to the window and place my order. The first gentleman was helpful but the manager refused to serve me due to a security policy? I recommend not being in a u haul to go to drive thrus

I ordered the luxe cravings box and customized it to my liking. All of the customization were correct. When I got my nachos and cheese the cheese sauce was only filled up 1/4 of the way, how disappointing. Also, when I picked up my Doritos taco, the bottom of it fell out, also dissatisfying. I had my burrito grilled, and it was burnt, I had to tear part of the outside off to eat it.

So my fiance ordered taco bell through door dash and we live like 5 minutes down the road and I understand it was late and they closed within an hour but still that doesn’t give them a right to basically go and dump our food into the bag and cut our food in half this wasn’t a problem with the dasher this was all on taco bell our food was cold it wasn’t good and we were ok with them going and changing our beef and steak stuff to chicken but to only give us half portions was wrong all the way around thank you for your time and I hope taco bell gets back to me on this
