Ordered online over 20 times and you look in the bag n think everything there but when u get home your ALWAYS missing a meal it’s 4 of us my sons eat so they aways get happy meal plus 20 pc nuggets so the bill be billing I shouldn’t have to waste gas and drive 6 to 8 miles when I can take a 3 min drive up the street I’ve lost so much money because I’m always to you ordered on the app you have to contact them but how? I ordered twice and didn’t get to pick up but was still charged!!! Stafff are rude and disrespectful

I woke up early on a Sunday morning to get to Home Depot when it opened and didn’t have coffee yet, so I ordered through my app. Got to the drive thru and their iced coffee machines were down. I really wanted an iced coffee because it’s too dang hot for hot coffee, but I told them to go ahead and make me a regular coffee instead. The person taking my order decided to whip up his own concoction with ice, coffee, cream, sugar, and the caramel syrup from the sundaes. Talk about going above and beyond with customer service! I don’t have his name and the store phone number takes me to Wisconsin, but it was today, at 8:30 am, whoever was scheduled to be on the speaker for the drive thru. Thank you SO MUCH! You truly started my day off with a HUGE smile and I am SO appreciative of your innovation and willingness to satisfy a customers cravings! Give that man a raise!!

Wish I could give zero stars! Would not be going bk to another McDonald’s again! Ppl can’t follow directions on a simple order & give me fresh food instead I get an old burnt dried out chicken sandwich with some old pickles on some buns..asked for my meal to be cooked to order with cheese & guess what? No cheese either!…. Only thing that was fresh were the fries TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!

The food was hot, but I was terribly turned off by the cashier, who came to the front counter eating a container of pineapples. When she tried to take my order, I couldn’t hear a word. She said because she was still chewing pineapples. That was very unprofessional, and i’m sure she’s breaking some type of health code. I work in food service as well. And that was very unacceptable

Terrible! Kids as employees with no home training. Cold food!! Then when you get frustrated and tell them you want your money back, the little girl of a manager had the nerve to tell me they don’t get money back they only do exchanges! I said do not play with me I know you get money back and I want my money back and I am not moving this car until you give me my money back and guess what I got it back! Don’t waste your time, they’re young, they’re unprofessional, they’re rude, they’re obviously Liars, and I need to be shut down. The employees that chose to represent them make them look bad as a whole.

I’m not gonna lie I used to hate this McDonald’s location. They were unprofessional, nasty attitude‘s, but recently when I’ve been going at night and the staff is actually really really professional and is good service, and I’m all about customer service. Whoever the manager is on Night Shift is doing a great job I heard him while I was in the drive-through and the way he talk to his staff and keep him motivated and The way he communicated with them was awesome .
