No cheese on 2/4 burgers. On two ultimate cheeses only had one piece of cheese each. Fries were cold. One of the shakes was half melted. We paid for extra sauce, got no sauce at all. Missing churros. Called the store 3 times, no answer. Unreal. Don’t waste your time/ money.
Oh and by the way we sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes.

I made an online order on the app, I made sure my burger was plain. I am a picky eater like I made sure it was multiple times before I put in the order in and then the order gives me my details, it doesn’t say that it was plain on that, but I thought they were just giving detail’s of just the items ordered. So I pull up to the speaker and I give my name And then she disappears instantly and I was going to ask her at that speaker there if my burger was plain or not because it didn’t say that back to me after I ordered it but she would not answer the speaker again and so I pull up and I’m waiting for around 10 minutes in the drive-through and I know my burger was not ready when I got there and they gave it to me with everything on it and they told me it’s my fault and that I should’ve called up ahead of time and they also gave me a medium fry too and they were just very rude and it was not my fault that the app was glitched and if she would’ve done her job, and not ignored me at the speaker things maybe could’ve been different!

I’ve never had such great customer service at a fast food restaurant as I did at this Jack in the Box. Also the amount of food we got for our money was ridiculous! The tacos were twice as big as I remember them being. We opted to dine in, and the two staff members were extremely helpful, offering different sauces and bringing them to our table. The lobby was a little chilly, otherwise I’d give 5 stars for all the categories.

I asked them to please add sweet and sour to my bag, I can’t eat the egg rolls without it. And then I asked for good good sauce for my chicken sandwich .
Well my fault for not checking the bag because they forgot the sauces. It was not even busy. I used to work in fast food, it’s not that hard. People just don’t give a crap about their job.

Very clean, especially for being high traffic fast food location! Our only complaint is and always has been how skimpy a order of bacon cheddar wedges are when it comes to toppings. Aside from a single complaint, our overall experience keeps you coming back due to food consistency, customer service, and above all CLEAN!!

Restaurant was dirty, afraid to actually use the soda machine it was so corroded with soda build up, even nasty outside the machine. Tacos were stale and the burger was undercooked. Fries were good. They were upset because we ordered food. Why? It was a couple hours before closing.

Overpriced food and the workers can’t even put all of it in the bag! Extremely rude staff told me to make food at home. This is not the first time I have received poor service from this location. I payed for the convenience of fast food, not an argument. I will not be returning this location.
