After stopping at the forum shop area, we decided to get a couple drinks and a quick snack. I ordered the Palm Mule and my wife ordered a non-alcoholic Pink Berry Sangria. We also ordered the calamari Fritto Misto. When we got it and started eating it, we noticed it was very, very salty, we got through a quarter of it and decided we better let our waitress know. She brought it back to the chef ; I guess he tasted it because he agreed and they sent us out a new one. It was much better and I highly recommend it. Will probably go back and try other items as we are local but the lady at the counter said that they’re doing away with three hours free parking for locals at the end of the year. Bummer, so it might be a while before we come back. Also, I love the illustrations and murals inside the restaurant.

I haven’t been here in years but it was 100% as amazing as I remembered!
The food is as good as you can get and the service is top shelf. Our server tonight was “John” tall French man that was really on top of it and did an outstanding job. This is a bit loud and can be a fast paced steak house but very comfortable.
You’ll have white table clothes and nice cloth napkins as expected at a top notch restaurant.
I had their whole Lobster which I shared and a Tomahawk steak., shared. The lobster was cooked perfectly and was completely taken out of the shell at our table which I love. No one wants to fight with their food! The steak was amazing and carved at the table.
Cocktails of course were wonderful. I started with my normal Hendricks extra dry Martini with Blue Cheese olives and it was mixed perfectly.
Their wine list has about all you could want. I have seen larger ones but this is about perfect.
Will be back for sure!

We had an amazing dinner here last night. One of my friends has dietary restrictions and the wait staff was very attentive to her needs and guided the kitchen on her menu selection. It was so nice to see that type of wonderful service. Ruan was our waiter and he was excellent! I’ve already recommended your restaurant to a friend who will be visiting Vegas next month.

I had an incredible dining experience at the Palms restaurant in Caesars Palace! The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made the night unforgettable was the exceptional service from Jean and Sunrise. They went above and beyond with their attention to detail, warm attitudes, and genuine care. Their professionalism and friendly personalities made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Thank you, Jean and Sunrise, for making our experience outstanding. Highly recommend! ️✨

I’ve been coming to this place for years and have always loved it, but I have to admit the food quality has gone down recently. My meal was unfortunately over-salted and not quite up to the standard I’ve come to expect.
That said, the service was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The ambiance is still beautiful and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a nice evening.
I really hope the kitchen gets back to the level of quality they once had, because the staff and atmosphere are still top-notch as well as the drinks. Oysters are always fresh and great quality.

It’s got great history and hype in name, no substance. Ok, I should not have ordered pasta at a steak house, but even the steak was not high quality and way over cooked that had to be sent back.
Seared Tuna was tasteless.
Carpaccio was dry.
Oyster on the half shell tasted ok, but it may have been the cause that both of us had the runs.
Had to send back the NY Strip.
Had to send back linguini with clam, it was so salty and dry, no sauce or garlic was detected. boxed pasta cooked al dente would have tasted better.
Made a mistake ordered another Italian dish of chicken Parm… chicken was so thin, drenched in sauce, tasted plastic.
If you desired steak, go to a real steak house.

I used to love coming to this place, sadly it is not good anymore. Beef carpaccio portion was not only small but not fresh! Anyone can see all the brown throughout it. The taste was horrible. I asked about ordering the lobster ravioli and was told by staff not to, It is not made fresh and not recommended. The bread was hard as a croutons, literally crumbled even after dipping it into the oil. Do not waste your time here, keep walking .

Restaurant was very busy on Valentine’s Day so the food took a bit longer to come out, but our server kept us informed and our glasses full. Our dinners were delicious! My filet was extremely tender and perfectly medium. My partners NY strip was also very good. We both enjoyed the broccolini and the wedge salad we shared. All of the food we saw passing by looked very good.

Great steak but it better be for $72 for a 12 ounce strip. Calamari was chewy and not fresh but hey, we’re nowhere near the water. The bread that came before dinner was not soft at all or warm. It had definitely been sitting out a while. Service was great and very attentive. The creamed spinach was very good. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I’ve been to a bunch of the NY Palms over the years (some now closed) but was a little worried about the Vegas version. Was happy to see it was the same classic Palm Quality. Steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Sides were great. Chicken Parm also top notch. Price wasn’t inflated like some other Vegas locations (but obviously not cheap eats). Service was pleasant and efficient. Place was jammed after 5pm so reserve a table in advance.. Definitely recommended!
