Cutest little diner that feels like stepping back to a time before the internet and AI. The vintage decor gives you plenty to look at while you wait, and we were seated in the building next door, which was a fun surprise. Our server was very kind, got our drinks out fast, and took our order right away. The marbled bread was a big plus, and the potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft inside. My Saratoga Country Corner biscuit sandwich was perfectly golden, loaded with fillings, and the sausage gravy was so good it ended up over everything. The menu is packed with savory and sweet breakfast options, and we were still talking about it on the drive home.

Good spot and the food was delicious. Pretty well spaced out so you’re not right on top of one another. The only thing is there are 2 entrances to different locations and it is a bit confusing where to enter.

Absolutely delicious. I had the Greek salad with turkey and it was so fresh and the pita was delicious. My husbands first omelet was also very good. Definitely would come back!

Country Corner Café has a cozy, homey feel that honestly reminds you of an old grandmother’s house. I went with my boyfriend Storm and my sister Laurie. We each ordered our own entrées and shared a peanut butter and jelly French toast, which was a fun twist and really good. The food was the clear standout.

Service was fine, but it could have been more attentive and the table could’ve been kept cleaner. The hostess was a bit rambunctious at first and rubbed me the wrong way, though she did seat us without any real issue.

I can’t speak accurately to wheelchair accessibility—it didn’t appear especially accessible, but I don’t want to state that definitively. Overall, the food alone earns this place a solid four stars, and I’d come back for that French toast.

This was such a cute little breakfast/lunch café, I couldn’t believe we have never come across it before. The indoor and outdoor seating is very limited but we lucked out on a table. The staff was super friendly, especially the owner. She spoke to us as if we were regulars and I can’t tell you how appreciative we were to receive that kind of treatment. You can’t really say that for most of the eateries in this town. The food we ordered was delicious, and she makes her own fresh strawberry, peach and grape jams. I only tried the strawberry but it was so good. They have jars for sale as well too. The tomato soup seemed to be 100% homemade, and we loved that touch. This was a hidden gem to us but seems to be very popular amongst the locals. We will return.

8/26/25: well we made it back and still impressed. Service still as friendly as the first time. We discovered that there is additional seating 2 doors down upstairs, and very much so necessary with all the traffic that accumulates here. Tried a couple different menu items and they were very good, also found that they make peach jam as well. It was so good!

Very underwhelmed with our visit here. Food was very basic and nothing in particular stood out. In fact no one at our table felt the need to finish despite being hungry. Lack of decent service didn’t help our experience. They had just opened, there were only 2 or 3 other tables, and yet both waitresses seemed completely checked out and didn’t want to pay us any attention. Half of us didn’t get silverware until mentioning it twice, and if you want a refill on anything, you’d have better luck walking up and getting it yourself because the ladies will just “forget” every time. Definately not worth all the hype and certainly don’t feel the need to return.

TL;DL: meh food, terrible service

We got drinks fast and thought that the server that took our drink order was our waitress but turns out she wasn’t. Waited longer than expected for our waitress to take our food order but they were busy and the food came out fairly fast, it was a Sunday morning and we weren’t In any rush, group of 6. Food was very good everyone enjoyed their meals.

Everything about our experience here was great. We have been before, but probably not in at least the past few years.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The space is small and cozy (there is additional seating 2 doors down as others have noted). Water was brought out promptly and orders taken quickly as well. In the best way possible it felt more like I was eating in a friend or family member’s home and not at a restaurant.

The food was incredible. My husband has already decided we need to make a repeat visit for our next monthly breakfast date. First, I absolutely love that they offer tomato juice; so many places just have V8. I ordered the Irish Omelet with a side of hollandaise sauce and hubby ordered the Breakfast Bowl; both with tater tots. He was starving and ordered a cinnamon roll while waiting for the food. I added a single cinnamon apple pancake as well.

He devoured the cinnamon roll in seconds, so I know that was good. Both of our egg dishes were terrific, even more so with some hollandaise added. The homemade corned beef in my omelet was perfect and we both appreciated the choice of tater tots (also dipped in sauce). I will be dreaming about the hollandaise until I get back there to have it again. The only change I might make would be to the pancakes. I ordered it knowing the apple was cooked inside. It might be even yummier served on top – hot cinnamon apples and maybe a dash of whipped cream. Yum! The marble rye toast was exactly the kind I liked too, and the strawberry jam was great with it.

This is a terrific spot and I am so glad we rediscovered it! Definitely need to stop back for lunch again too.

Highly recommend.

What a cute little breakfast spot. It’s no wonder they were voted best breakfast in Saratoga Springs this year! We had a classic eggs benedict and the pancakes. So yummy and filling! The staff were so kind as well.

We were pleasantly surprised with our experience here. Oldies were playing and it felt like we were going back in time. This place was full! However, we got a table for 2 by the front window. There was alot on the menu. I decided on the Sampler with the Oatmeal pancakes, eggs and turkey sausage with O.J. Everything was hot and delicious. My husband ordered the rodeo burger. The atmosphere was lively and upbeat. Our server was incredible. She made our experience perfect. Go try this place. It is super!!!

Great place to get some local cooking. Has that ma and pa feel. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Food was great. We went on a holiday so perhaps it was busier than normal. We waited 25 minutes to be seated. There is a nice waiting area and old trinkets and historical items to look at (very cool).

Only very small thing I’d add is the waiting room can get cramped quickly when there are about 12-15 people waiting. And when sitting to eat, on the upper floor, you can feel the cold draft from the door opening and closing. Its a great place and highly recommend! But thats why everything has a 5 star rating except atmosphere (but thats being picky)
