What once was something the family and I would look forward too has now become a complete disappointment! First off the lady at the window was rude. When we got our bag of food we didn’t have our sauce and when we told her that she said “did you look?” Puzzled we replied ” yes we did and it’s not in the bag, may we please get the sauce we asked for?” And instead of handing us the sauce she said “no I know it’s in there if you want more you have to pay for it!” As if we were lying! We had to literally get another lady to give us sauce it was ridiculous! Then we finally get to our food and the fries were skimpy and soggy, not even a full bag and the double cheeseburger was seriously so small and the meat soooo thin it was a shame! They raise their prices and thin there meat this is NOT acceptable! We will forever be done with McDonald’s! They have completely gone down hill and it’s no longer worth our money!

Well, usually when I go to McDonald’s, it’s always the same thing…. Order food, get food, and leave. This particular McDonald’s is worth reviewing. The people are engaged and genuinely care. They make it worth going in and dining. They are great and food is always hot and fresh. Great job guys!

MdD’s is ok but i do not like their fries. After just 5 minutes, their fries become hard and not very tasty.

Ice cream cones! Paying for a large and receiving a less than par regular sized cone. Or it not be as around as the cone at minimum. Is far depressing. It gets one curious. Where else are they cutting corners?

If I could give one star I would, the same rude lady has been working here for how long now? Shes always rude, at the intercom at the window. I don’t know if its the manager or not.
Once she laughed at me for asking if they still did chocolate dipped cones. I was only asking because the location in my home town still did it. Then she acted like we were stupid for asking for a plain sundae. Correcting us saying “we don’t have that” and I said “you’re telling me you can’t just give me some soft serve in a cup?” Its ridiculous.
If shes this rude to customers time and time again, people should be concerned with how she may be treating her employees aswell.

This experience has been just like the rest. I came in on 11/10 around 6:40. Only stop here when the line is short because it’s on the way home. EVERY single time (not exaggerating) something is missing. I’m not one to leave reviews, ever. But this simply has me amazed. We ordered two McChickens, two fries and two sweet and sour sauces. Not only were there no sauces included but one of the McChickens had no patty. How this is such a consistent issue is beyond me. Do you just have somebody greening out back there, unable to piece together a sandwich? I’ve been working food on multiple levels for years and I’ve messed up some orders in my time, but never have I been such a dolt as to miss the core ingredient of a burger, the patty. How these people keep their jobs is beyond me. I’d say do better, but it would likely fall on deaf ears.

When our rental car experienced issues in Coos Bay, the store manager, Ashley, helped us feel safe and at home while we waited several hours. We enjoyed our food and the restaurant provided a great place to play games, rest and recharge, literally, during our 4 hour wait. Thank you again for your kindness.

Lowkey while I like the food, id come in before my shift at my job a few blocks away for breakfast and the employees were SUPER sweet. Like absolutely darlings super friendly to chat with and not uncomfortable in their professionalism, very nice to chat with 10/10
