There are several pros and cons to this place:
Pros: great service, you will leave full, nice atmosphere, good selection of food and drink.
Cons: overall food quality, having to boil your own raw meats, the sauces weren’t great, price, poor quality chocolate, one pot for entire entree (veggies, meats).
I was very excited about the cheese and chocolate. The cheese appetizer was the highlight. The salad was good. The entree, however, was very disappointing. They bring raw meats on a plate and you boil them at the table. Mixing chicken, shrimp, and beef and then cooking it yourself without a thermometer was not for me, and everything tastes like the broth instead of meat (which is why they bring the mediocre sauces for dipping). Very disappointing! The chocolate tasted like low quality ultra sweet chocolate, not high-end quality like I hoped. I liked the flame on the chocolate sauce but not worth the $200 price tag for two people.

First time here!! Food was excellent, the atmosphere was just perfect we sat upstairs and enjoyed the more quiet setting. But beyond all the service was 10/10 our servers name was Josh and he explained everything to the “T” very knowledgeable and kind! Thank you for an amazing experience!

My fiancé took me here for our 4 year anniversary, and it was an amazing experience! All the staff were so friendly. Especially our server Collin, he was very sweet and helpful as this was our first time here. The food was rich and delicious. They went above and beyond to make this a special experience. Had such an amazing experience!! Rylee was so kind! It was amazing to chat with them and also they offered great recommendations. My partner and I celebrated our valentines late and they helped us celebrate in style!! Would have them as a server again

We recently went to the melting pot to celebrate a couple of birthdays. Everything was wonderful except they didnt have duck dumplings as advertised that evening. Our waitress Riley didnt disappoint however and presented us with an artistic drawing of the dumpling instead. Overall It was an enjoyable evening

Kaleb was great to work with the wife an I as we both have had gastic sleeve surgery and eat as much as a child together. We love the Melting Pot but a 4 course diner just in our line up. He gave us many options and was able to get smaller portions and or share a potion and we still walked out only eat half and took the rest home. Thanks for working around us.

Wow, I had the best Birthday dinner ever from the flowers, teddy bear and chocolates, just all the special touches to let me feel special! I absolutely adore Rylee and she spoiled us beyond belief with her kindness, information and entertainment. Her assistant Arden was also so kind and helpful and super cool. Someone give them a party, cake and raises. We loved the four course meal and the drinks are great. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Recommend to family and friends xoxo

Absolutely delicious! Had the 4 course fondue, the cheddar was great with all the dippables. The ceaser salad was really good, and the steak loves was fantastic! The turtle chocolate was really delicious with the fruit. Service was a little behind throughout the night but the seemed quite busy. I’d love to come back it’s just a little pricey.

Absolutely!!!! Loved everything omggg everything was beyond what i remember. My husband and I spent our anniversary here and we enjoyed every second. All the food was beyond amazing and the chocolate desserts are out of this world. We couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was and our waitress was super friendly and able to give us a run down of the menu since it comes off overwhelming. Definitely a 10/10
