The staff were courteous and the food was enjoyable, but the portion size was a major letdown. I ordered this based on the advertisement, but I felt immediate regret upon opening the box. The actual serving was so significantly different from the promotional photo that it felt like misleading advertising. It’s a shame because everything else was great.

I’ll probably come to this Zaxby’s a little too often but that’s because they are consistently doing what they are supposed to do. Hot, fresh, food without waiting too long. The employees here always treat me with such care and they remember my name and they remember my order and they have such pleasant demeanors. Whoever trained this staff did a good job. There are quite a few people there who take care of me, but here is a small list of people I’m able to name but there are definitely more! Mrs Edna, TY, Candice, Old School, Talisia and Sayoni! All fantastic parts to the whole piece of this Zaxby’s establishment!!

Everything was so fresh and delicious! Every other zaxbys I’ve tried has served me either cold or over cooked (dry) chicken. I was afraid to try the dry rub because the sauce is normally the only moisture the chicken has. But I tried the lemon pepper dry rub on my wings and things combo and it was AMAZING! We will definitely be back! I drive past 2 zaxbys to come to this one! Please keep up the Great work!

I eat here once a week I love the lemon pepper, wings, traditional wings, Always very juicy smothered and lemon and pepper saucy fantastic but I went there to eat today. I got the most dried out horrible no lemon pepper or very little lemon pepper. They were so dried out. They must’ve been sitting on the counter for like hours under the heater, I couldn’t even eat them. I had to throw them away. Tried to call leave a message with the manager to let her know that the wings were just really bad. The service was even worse ! I was put on hold for A half hour called back and was put on hold again no manager horrible today just horrible

I stopped by this Zaxby’s and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The drive‑thru employee showed poor customer service — they seemed rushed and uninterested, and my order was incorrect when I got it. I expect better attention and professionalism, especially when the order is simple, and placed on mobile app. Hoping management addresses this so future visits are smoother.

I usually come to this Zaxby’s and have never had an issue, but today’s experience was really disappointing. The employee at the drive-thru window gave me a nasty attitude after I corrected her about my order being wrong. Instead of apologizing or fixing it professionally, she gave me a rude look and made it seem like I was the problem for pointing out her mistake. There was no accountability or customer service, just annoyance and disrespect. As a regular customer, I expect better than this.
