Wanted to say Cashier Emily and other window staff were pleasant and so friendly. Offered my dog a pup cup. Honestly the nicest interaction I’ve had today. Thanks for being nice. Thanks for the kindness.

This was honestly one of the best Culver’s I’ve ever been to.
I ordered online, and the moment got there, the food wasn’t just ready, but it was hot and fresh. My concrete wasn’t melted, my fries fresh, and my tenders were crispy.
Then to top it all off, the customer service was amazing. I was immediately given my food and didn’t even have to wait in line—and while I was eating, this kind worker (I think her nametag said Emiliany?) helped me with some items I needed.
All in all, this is a great Culver’s. I’ll definitely be coming again.

Update 08/18/2024! Someone at this location is very heavy on using salt in the kitchen. Please ask for little or no salt on your fries, and burgers. Lately it has been just the fries, but our burgers were extremely salty this evening. Please be careful!

Food is not bad. BUT. As a bus driver who brings 50+ customers to their restaurant most restaurants will happily supply the driver with a complimentary meal. NOT this place. I will choose a different place to take my 50+ paying customers. Change your policy and stop being so cheap.

Let’s start with the superb service. When you walk in you are warmly greeted, by one associate, not every associate you walk by. All of the staff treats you with respect and were genuinely helpful. The food is top quality. We had a mushroom Swiss burger and a North Atlantic Cod sandwich, along with an order of fries. Everything came out hot and was delicious. Culver’s is definitely a step above when it comes to fast food.

Well I love Culvers for lunch at work. Wasn’t till later that I checked on the Veggie Burger I got and this is what I opened the box to see. Patty is overcooked too quickly and appears to be missing like half the sandwich? It’s kind of funny I’m assuming it got stuck to the grill and scraped. The other side is very light so they might have not flipped it at all… Pretty disappointed it’s my favorite burger but I am not hungry looking at this nor do I want to go back soon. I’m sure the staff is doing their best but remember to take your time! We (the customers) can wait for as long as you need to prepare the food~

The food is hot and fresh but that was not the reason for this review. The level of customer service we received today was top notch! My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised to find better service than what we’ve received in local non fast food restaurants. Competitors in the area need to take notes from the team that was working this afternoon because they are on to something!
