Excellent drinks and food
But has one problem : It does not have a 3.25% whole milk. Instead, they use 2% milk
I have reviewed over 100 coffee shops and restaurants for Google, including many Starbucks across North America. I have never encountered this problem.
Starbucks’ official site emphasizes customization (e.g., options like Whole Milk, 2% Milk, etc.)
If this is corrected, I will change my review here to 5 stars, because almost everything else in this Starbucks is excellent
It has pleasant friendly service and well dressed staff
And It has nice outside seating terrace
Another little problem is a lack of cleanliness , especially in the outer terrace area.
I will be back again and will update this rating accordingly

Every visit to Starbucks in Hallandale is a complete disappointment. Even today, on promotion day when they were supposed to give away mugs, I didn’t get one, even though I met all the conditions! When I asked, they told me there were no more mugs left. If you run promotions like this, you should account for the number of guests. After working for so many years, you definitely know how many you need from opening to closing. And your coffee isn’t good!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I went to get some work done and have breakfast, but the internet was completely down. When I asked the manager, whose name was K or Kate, if she could check with someone, she was really dismissive and rude. I just needed to get my work done, and the lack of support was really frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location.

Every Starbucks can make Cortado with brown sugar. But this place… I tried a second time after a month wanted to give a try, but it’s the same. They can’t make it.
Update: I was at 6:10 pm on 01/10/2026, there is one young lady I have seen her before but she didn’t my cortado before. So, it was amazing . I will delete my previous review

This Starbucks location in Hallandale Beach is clean welcoming and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the service is usually quick even when it gets busy. The drinks are prepared well and the seating area offers a nice place to relax or get some work done. It is a convenient stop whether you want coffee breakfast or a quick break during the day. Overall a pleasant and reliable place to visit.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a cold drink, Dubai Chocolate Matcha, and waited more than 15 minutes.
The staff explained the delay by saying that hot and cold drinks are prepared using “different technologies,” and that hot drinks are supposedly made faster. However, this explanation makes little sense when people who were behind me in line and also ordered cold drinks had already received theirs, while my drink was still not ready.
After a long wait, I ended up asking for a refund and left without my order.
Waiting this long for a single drink at Starbucks is unacceptable.
Starbucks should not take 15+ minutes to prepare a drink.
