Came here for lunch as I couldn’t figure out what I wanted and needed to try some place new. When I arrived there was no wait in the drive thru to order. The outside looks super clean. At the drive thru the mic amd speaker worked and I could clearly hear the staff. The staff were super nice and and confirmed the order. This is a 2 lane drive thru. I sat in the drive thru less than 10 minutes. They didn’t put a straw in my drink and I appreciate this but had it in the bag so I pulled over to get it. I took it and ate at the office. The menu isn’t extensive, so i ordered the chicken sandwich combo. The chicken fingers were basic. The meal wasn’t filling. I found the fries very salty and the sauce wasn’t anything spectacular for the chatter I heard about it. I paid $12 for the meal which isn’t bad considering other options in the area. Its not somewhere I’d go out of my way to eat or wait in a long line for. My soda was more ice than anything which is a little frustrating but also a normal thing for drive thrus

Always love eating at Cane’s. The staff interaction was warm, professional and personable. My order was taken effortlessly without any snags.
My food was presented in record time with minimal time delays. I found my food hot, fresh and delicious, free of any issues or defects.
Cane’s obviously sells chicken but they deliver outstanding customer service. Eating is a necessity, eating out has now become a luxury. Cane’s delivered a quality product with a great attitude, at a acceptable price.
I felt valued and respected while visiting this location. How refreshing in the post pandemic world of normalized uncaring indifference to once again experience what used to be normal.

The food is consistently good, the place is clean, and the staff are nice. The issue is, they give you the shortest chicken fingers out of every Cane‘s restaurant I’ve been to. You could put the entire chicken finger in the little cup of Cane’s sauce. Terrible! Absolute ripoff!

The lids on the cups don’t fit, they won’t tell you and it will spill in your car. That’s what happened to me – and the employee laughed in my face.
Two employees at the drive thru window and neither could think fast enough to offer napkins. Things happen.. but afterwards they tell me “we don’t have our regular lids they haven’t come in” sooo they’re using temporary lids that don’t fit. But the logic to not tell people “careful, the lids aren’t any good” is just not there… and the logic to immediately offer napkins isn’t there either.. two people and not one warned me. But laughing in my face was the cherry on top.
The lids are so bad we couldn’t even put them back on they both just popped off at this point it’s probably better to not put on a lid than to have people think it’s just a normal cup with a fitting lid.
Thankfully most of it landed within the plastic areas but nonetheless.. I just got my vehicle it’s brand new and this was just negligent and annoying.

i recommend everyone to come to lay when coming here! she’s the best employee hands down ! lay did an amazing job helping me. She has such a good attitude, was very professional, and made sure everything was handled perfectly. She really took the time to help me and made the whole experience smooth. Watch out about them not giving you the sauces you paid for. I paid for 2 of them $0.39 each and only received 1. The food is good but sucks when they don’t give you an item you paid for.

I usually get the Caniac combo to share with my daughter. I always ask for 2 extra Cane’s sauces, which are extra and I sub the coleslaw for extra fries. Just pure deliciousness
