My drinks were given to the car in front of me, in which I asked for my drinks to be remade, the barista Bella and Mackenzie told me only one drink was given and returned, when I saw 4 different drinks be given back that matched my exact description of drinks. They tried to give me those drinks that were handled bythe customer in front of me. I asked them if I could have all drinks remade please? To which they asked me to PULL forward. At Starbucks!!!! I said that’s ok I’ll wait right here. Mackenzie(the supervisor) proceeded to refund me my cash and I went about my day. She then calls law enforcement to have a trespass warning. I’m appalled at the service here. The food handling here. It was all reported to corporate and to the DBPR. I would stay clear from this Starbucks. Gabby the store manager has been nothing short of amazing! She’s profusely apologized and went and personally got the trespass warning taken off. She went above and beyond to correct this situation. She is an incredible person and trying her best to make Starbucks an awesome addition to Crawfordville

Every experience I had with the workers was fantastic. Even at busy times I felt they were working their best and getting my order out as fast as they could. Very polite baristas and they offer great recommendations. One barista recommended a caramel ribbon crunch and it was FANTASTIC! Definitely a repeat customer

My family and I just went through their drive thru last night, while we were out looking at Christmas lights, and we enjoyed the most delightful experience. The young lady in the drive thru was so pleasant, I wish I would have paid attention to her name, so, I could give her a shout out, but she had the best customer service. And the other young lady who made our drinks, made them perfectly and it didn’t take long at all. We all had the gingerbread, hot chai tea, and it was so delicious. I must admit, that was my first experience at a Starbucks, because, that’s not really our thing, but we wanted to try something new, and treat ourselves, and I’m so glad we did.
Ok Starbucks, I see you now .

I go to Starbucks all of the time. Order the same drinks repeatedly. For some reason this location keeps messing them up and catches an attitude when they have to fix a drink you wait 15 minutes for to begin with. Don’t catch an attitude about people ordering stuff and it being wrong. Not your money you’re spending on stuff, to be messing up.

The store is being kept nice and clean. The staff is very nice and welcoming and service is getting faster each time I go. Such a great location! I love their delicious mozzarella pesto egg breakfast sandwich! They get my Pumpkin Spice latte just right.

This Starbucks is my go-to anytime I need a pick me up. The baristas here are always so friendly and my drinks are always made perfectly. Highly recommend if you need a place for a great coffee!

They constantly get your drinks wrong. If you pay extra for more ingredients, than it is hit or miss if they will even give your extras to you. When you call to talk with someone about your order, you will get someone who doesn’t even speak in complete sentences, who won’t offer to do anything at all. So don’t even think they will replace a drink if you don’t get what you paid for you’re just tricked out of a good cup of coffee and sorry about your crappy morning. Also, many times I have came here and they were closed. This Starbucks is clean though and everyone is friendly, just not helpful or accurate.

Some may not believe it, but I had never been inside a Starbucks until this morning. I did go through a drive-thru once, but they didn’t have what I ordered, so this was actually my first real purchase. I have to say—my reason for avoiding Starbucks all these years was spot on: it’s overpriced! I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich, only to find out it was pre-packaged. For the prices they charge, I expected something freshly made—but not the case!
Additionally, I felt a bit unease in the store. The cashier knew this was my first time. While she made me feel welcomed when I first arrived, I did not understand that there is an area of the counter to pick up my purchase. Once I ordered, she took my money and had no further interaction with her again. She did look up at one point and realize that I was still standing there. She walked over to where they keep the pre-packaged sandwiches and put my sandwich in the oven (no gloves by the way and eventually used tongs – after using her fingers as a guide to not drop the sandwich. ☹ My sandwich was placed on the pickup counter – and the person walked away. My name did not appear on the screen for pick up but how could it? – I was never asked my name. When the barista announced the coffee, she was placing on the pickup counter, I then realized my sandwich has been placed there, as well. Again, I felt a bit odd – so I would probably not go there again. Good customer service is hard to find.
You can thank my nephew for asking me to go by and pick him up something because otherwise, I would not have gone there – and should he ask me again, I will have to decline and offer to stop elsewhere.

I ordered a Vente iced mocha with sweet cream cold foam and caramel drizzle in Crawfordville, FL. It took a very long time at drive through window at around 10:07 am on Monday, 11-3. I did not receive a Vente size and when I complained I ordered a Vente she said we were charged for a Grande. No apology- actually she was rude with an attitude. I have never before been to a Starbucks with such poor service!!

It’s been a while since I’ve been back to this location because of the issues (drinks not tasting right, poor customer service). This time I went (11/14/25 @ noon) was a pleasant experience. The girl at the drive thru window was friendly, knowledgeable, and the drinks came out great. I will be returning.
