I don’t mainly complain but yesterday wasn’t a shining moment for Jack in the box. I ordered 16 tacos and paid for all of them. I overlooked the half of meat in the tacos, no lettuce or cheese but they didn’t give me all my tacos. I was missing 4. One taco missing I guess I understand but I paid for 16 and on top of that I didn’t get a receipt to show what I got. I understand when it gets busy things get hectic but if you’re going to give me less then don’t charge me for the full amount at that point. I’m not looking for a refund just better management.

It used to be very fresh, clean, well staffed. Now whoever the new manager is not doing the best job with lazy employees. I have gotten a few RAW chicken strips and cold burgers. New items as well with the gift on the side i never got. I miss the old manager that cared.

My children use to like jack in a box. But recently it lacking something. In the morning I use to get my breakfast but they always for get something or you tell them it order and there in a rush to move you along and get order wrong anyways. They give you attitude if you tell them to look at your receipt and your order. You asked him to repeat the order or tell them something’s not right and they tell you all move up to the next window. Then You asked for extra sauce they said they charge you .I’m OK with that, but they still after charging you don’t give it to you. I have to get down and go get it. I’m so disappointed and started going back to McDonalds. I use to love getting your tacos and ultimate cheeseburger but my kids are the boss.

Order was placed through drive-thru and prepared in a timely manner. Service was okay. The only thing that stood out was the fact that I ordered a Sprite and got this dirty water looking drink. Pretty sure Sprite is all clear & fizzy. If all sodas are coming from the same nozzle, I can see why it would be a different color, but this seems too yellow Makes me wonder if they’re not cleaning the soda machine, what else aren’t they cleaning?

Not sure if they realize it, but customers can see their food being prepared—and I saw someone handling a breakfast sandwich with bare hands. Not the vibe I want when ordering food. The coffee drinks are inconsistent too; it’s mostly misses with the occasional hit. This is wild being it’s a “new” restaurant.
I’ll be taking my business a bit further down the road to Café la Luna or Nicole’s Mexican Café instead.

Drive thru was great fast and efficient and almost always get my order correct. The only downside that this place has, is that we got onion rings and it only came in single digits, $4 for onion rings is already steep but to pay $4 and recive ONLY 7-8 that’s outrageous. When Burger King is down the street and it has it a little cheaper and the onion rings come spilling out of the container.

It’s almost 11:30 pm & I got better service at this Jack in the Box than other fast food places during the day. The lady working got my order right & hooked it up with the napkins, ketchup & sauces without me even having to ask. Definitely a good experience here.

I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up there was two employees wrestling or hugging while one girl was working the window but they forgot to put my jumbo curly fries in my bag. I trusted them to have my order correct so didn’t bother to check til I got home but now I know better.
