Such simple training and management would solve 99% of your issues.
Use case: The order was 2 number 7 10 piece nugget meals with Sprites and Buffalo and BBQ sauce. I could tell right off the bat they didn’t get the buffalo sauce as before I even had the words out of my mouth, they were telling me to pull ahead. Not if I was done with my order, or to verify if the screen was correct.
Initial bag had 1 10 piece meal, a filet of fish, and no sauces.
I send it back in explaining the issue. 1 min later, they try to hand it back. I clarify what i ordered and ask if they can see the actual order. it was correct on the receipt yet they can’t tell I don’t have a filet of fish???
They finally get the meals right, no sauce. this is after I clarify multiple times it was bbq and buffalo sauce because I could tell the order taker missed the Buffalo sauce.
so they then hand me 4 packs of BBQ. I once again ask for Buffalo sauce and they look at me like it’s the first time I said it.
Simple training on Listening, Reading the order, and verifying the order…this is basic stuff.
if I hadn’t checked the bag before I left, I would have had to come back out.
Please do better and expect better out of your employees. Good management/coaching will make your location better and make all your employees better suited for future success.

my boyfriend and i went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals, a sundae and a oreo mcflurry. everything was fine and delicious until we ate the nuggets. They tasted like weed. we genuinely think we got laced with weed. when we went inside to talk to the manager, he gave us fresh ones that also tasted like weed. if you wanna get high, go to this mcdonald’s, and they’ll give you nuggets laced with weed.

This is the 3rd bad review I have ever written. Oct 2 at 10:15. My food took so long and the poor manager was doing all she could. It was not busy. I. waited until 10:30 to get fries for a sick young man. Heck my food had just came out. The one lady was kind and new I was waiting and this kid with green and black hair came to take the order and as I showed him the item my phone died. His response was Mam I need the code so joe you must pay 394 instead of 2. His customer service was horrible . I have run well over 6 restraunts. Gotta have a team and all hands on deck. Smile and be courteous. I didn’t take the fries for double price nor did I appreciate the young man’s could care less attitude. The manager was spread so thin but you have to delegate. Sorry to write this but it was a terrible experience and one of the sandwiches was like a brick. The others fine . Sincerely, Bitsy Burton

Made me pull up to the line so they can BS their drive thru time while the store is dead empty, inside and in the drive through. then gave me fries that looked like they’ve been in the fryer for 3 hours. Got a few bites into the burger and it’s overcooked and not guys. Fries are Inedible. Idk how you guys can mess either up with how idiot proof McDonald’s kitchens are. 0/10 I’ll never come back to this one again.

Went through the drive through and got a quarter pounder for me and my boyfriend and one of our sandwiches had a huge sandwhich size piece of wrapping paper for sandwiches on the sandwich.. so disgusting! No way the employee that made it didn’t see that and it was huge and stuck under the cheese sticking out as well

I ordered 4 6pc nugget happy meals today, and when I got home 25 minutes later, I was feeding one of them to my baby and realized all of them were 4pc nugget meals. Not happy in the slightest because someone couldn’t eat all their nuggets because I had to split them for there to be 6 in another box. Obviously someone doesn’t know their numbers, but it’s not hard to make sure the number on the screen matches the number on the boxes!! Sheesh. And not only that, but the food was cold when I got it (and I know because I was passing fries back as soon as I pulled off), but I was in a hurry because I had to drop my nephew off, so I couldn’t say anything about it. The wrong amount of nuggets upset me, tho. Last time I went there (last Thursday), they gave me 5 nuggets in a 6pc box, too, but that wasn’t a huge deal. But this time I was 8 nuggets short for what I paid for!! That’s a whole other meal!!

Our dinner came out before our appetizer, and not only did they comp the app, they also gave us a free dessert! It was nice to have service that went above and beyond. The food was very good and, of course, the service was amazing. Definitely plan on returning!

Amanda needs to get her attitude right!!!! Told her the order atleast 4 times and can’t get it right. Then tries to run up and scream at me like her last name is McDonald. She needs to go back on her smoke break and leave the ordering to the people there that can do it without having an attitude for no reason. Never had any problems at the location before.

Absolutely horrific went to the location to pick up my order. Gave them the code for the code. They told me sorry can’t do it reorder you will get your refund in a few days. Manager slammed the window door in my face while I was explaining I can’t reorder it.

I waited 20 minutes for a coffee, and finally when it was brought to me it was not what I ordered. I told the employee who took it back and came back 20 minutes later saying that was what I ordered. I took it and threw it away and went again to the cashier and asked for another coffee. To my surprise I had to wait 20 more minutes.. its unbelievable! The tables were super dirty and no customer service at all!
