I stop here 2 or more times a week and every time the staff is polite and seem well put together. They always let me know if things will take a min to be fresh. It’s the only BK in the area that never seems to give me any issues.

I drove up to the drive-thru of Burger King, and was greated by an employee asking me to view the menu while I wait a few minutes to be served.

10 minutes later, I witnessed a car who drove up, drive away and another car already moved up in line also drove away.

I pulled up about 5 feet and back in front of the speaker to hear the automated greeting however nothing was said after I gave my order.

An employee asked me to wait again, and I said, hey, I have waited 10 minutes already, and two other cars have driven away.

This Burger King Employee stated, that she was the only one inside taking care of everyone. I said, I’m sorry, I did not know.

I drove around and saw one employee at the drive-thru window talking while having her hands full with food.

Still hungry, and not impressed at all, sadly I drove away.

Interesting note**

I drove to the other Burger King in Port Orange with the same result however this Burger King location had two (2) employees! This is always the ongoing scenario which is not appreciated at all by the hungry public! I understand from the employee that customers get mad and cuss them out because of the lack of service! This isnt right or fair to the employee!

The Owner probably ownes both location and another by the beach that went out of business.

The Franchise, health and labor department should look into these Burger King locations in Daytona Beach and Port Orange area investigate and then make some serious considerations!!

This is fair to the public, and surely not fair to the employees!

This has been ongoing as this isnt the first time for me so with all of the problems experience how safe is the food prepared??

Burger kings are the worst!!! If u don’t mind waiting 2 hours for a single whopper Jr it’s your place. Otherwise they suck and don’t fall for the “oh nobody’s here” trick. They’ll b real fast, nope whopper Jr takes 2 wks and it’s cold and a chicken sandwich.. wth..

Placed an order for about $40 for pickup. I arrived at 10:45 (well ahead of closing time at midnight), and discovered that management had arbitrarily closed the restaurant at 10pm, two hours ahead of schedule. How can they still accept money through the Burger King app, yet close the restaurant??? The app took my money, and of course I got no food!!

We’ve been sitting in line for over 20 min. We pulled up and the lady said there’s only 2 people working. So we decided to wait. We were Finally able to place our order and pay at the first window. We pulled up to the second window and the lady told us to back up. I’m guessing they’re being timed for the drive thru. We’re still sitting here waiting on the food. If y’all can’t hire enough people close down. This is definitely not fast food… judging by these horrible reviews maybe corporate needs to step in and do something

⭐️ 1-Star Review: Worst Burger King Experience Ever

If you want to experience fast food fraud in real time, pull up to this Burger King. They take your money at the first window with a smile, then hit you with the classic “Can you pull up and park? We’ll bring it right out.”
Right out? Where? Into the growing graveyard of cars sitting in the lot waiting for food that should’ve been ready 10 minutes ago.

As I write this, I count FOUR cars parked and waiting—not including mine. This isn’t a coincidence; it’s a system. They’re playing games to make it look like they’re meeting corporate time standards when the reality is the exact opposite.

If you’re going to charge me before giving me anything, the least you can do is serve the food without turning the parking lot into a holding pen. This location needs new management, new training, or maybe just a reality check, because whatever they’re doing right now is a joke.

Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. At least there, you might get your food before your patience expires.

It’s kind of insane that Burger King is choosing to spend millions for ads to drive people back when they have not only the lowest-tier food, but also the absolute worst customer experience and service from any fast food, including Checkers.

I waited 10 minutes for breakfast after placing my order, neither me nor the car behind me were assisted or saw anyone in that time and both left. Don’t waste millions advertising when your food is legitimately trash and your service is practically non-existent, this was a make or break experience, I can comfortably go my entire life without Burger King’s low quality garbo food and will.

Wanted a quick bite to eat. Get to the drive thru mind you there is No one in the parking lot one car ahead if us with a jet ski attached to their vehicle. My bf and I pull up to the speaker… 30 seconds later says I’m sorry your total is “blah, blah” the total was for the customer that was already at the window. She didn’t greet us at the speaker, we had to wait until she was done talking to the One other customer. She asks, what can I get for ya? 2 rodeo burgers 1 honey mustard crispy snack wrap, she says they are 2 for 5, we said okay then 2 it is, a Pepsi or coke we have coke. Okay anything else, yes a bacon cheeseburger No Mayo. Anything else, no. Pull forward she says. I paid over $16 for 3 burgers 2 wraps and a drink. The person with the jet ski is blocking the exit way since it’s a horseshoe drive way,makes it near impossible to get by someone. That’s a hazardous by the way. We are asked to pull behind the jet ski so we are not on the sensor for the speed of service. Finally get our food. Silly me I should of checked, but didn’t because she confirmed bacon cheeseburger no mayo and repeated that back so it was confirmed. We left got to the light and I pull out my sandwich smothered in mayo with no bacon. Supposed to be BK have it your way. It was not my way and when I ask for a refund I get told they can give me a coupon. NO! Will not ever go back here. Why should I participate in paying g someone’s bills if they can’t get the order right.

Worse burger king ever, took about 45min to get my food, women at the dive thru didn’t let me finish my order before moving me up then sat at the window for 20min just waiting for someone to take my payment and let me finish ordering. Then parked me for an additional 30min, waiting on food, but yet when I received the food for my kids it was so old the nuggets were rock hard so they all went in the trash and had to go out again to McDonald’s and get my kids their kids meals. I keep coming to this location because of convenience.. but I think I’m truly done with this crap whole place.
