Went on NYE seems like this is the last Starbucks in the city that still has holiday syrups. Placed a mobile order, and I’m grateful I did because it was ready when I got there despite how crowded it was. We’ve come to this Starbucks often and have never had any problems. Happy New Year.

Placed a mobile order , went through the drive thru (their head sets weren’t even on) so I drove to the window. Once I got my drink and noticed it was made incorrectly, I went to the door (which was locked). My knocks got ignored but maya came to the door to proceed to tell me they are closed (an order on the app wouldn’t even go through if that was the case). I told her I just wanted the syrup added to my drink, not remade , just add the syrup. She proceeds to tell me to wait 10 minutes because they are closed. I was dismissed. This is a quick fix, why do I need to wait when this was yalls mistake? I was once a barista myself so I know mistakes happen BUT I also know, in a situation like this I would have to comply with a customer and help them. Not dismiss them just because I’m sleepy.

I love Starbucks, but my experience at your store has been a mix of both good and bad. Some of your team members provide excellent customer service, while others do not.

Over the past month, my experiences have been very inconsistent. This morning, my order was incorrect. I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte, but what I received was not what I ordered. I didn’t return to the store because I would have been late for work.

This is not the first time I’ve had an issue. Previously, I placed a mobile order for a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with an affogato shot and extra caramel drizzle. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. When I received it, it was missing both the affogato shot and the extra caramel crunch. When I asked about this, the barista took the drink and added the extra crunch, but did not add the affogato shot. I was already late for work and did not have time to continue addressing the issue.

There is a tall woman who works at your store whose attitude and customer service I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the morning staff as a whole.

I am sharing this feedback because I normally enjoy Starbucks and hope to see more consistency and improved service at your location moving forward.

Literally so pissed that I just spent 25min in the drive thru and spent $8 for OATMILK WITH ALMOST NO MACHA IN IT. I got the protein cold foam and could taste that, but I couldn’t taste any matcha. Waste of time and money.

Came in the other day when they had opened. Still trying to wake up and couldn’t decide on what to order. Thankfully Litzy was able to help me out with my order. Recommended such great ideas and landed on one that came out more than perfect. Sadly wasn’t able to remember the order so hopefully i come in and she is there to help me again!!

Just had literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. My company office got a pack of 5 $5 gift cards at a company Christmas party so I go through the dt with our order which came out to $22. When I got to the window to pay, the lady looked at me like I was crazy and told me that their scanner was broken, and went to talk to someone else in the store. She comes back a moment later and asks me if I have apple pay or some other way to pay because she already hand keyed 2 of the cards, then another worker came to the window and literally said “we don’t have time to hand key all these cards in”. Excuse me??! I’m sorry you don’t have time to do your job??! It literally took not even a minute to key in the first 2 cards. I told them whatever I’ll just pay the remaining balance in cash. It was not my fault their equipment wasn’t working properly, and even tho there was a way to make the gift card payments go through, they didn’t want to do that because apparently it was too inconvenient for them. I understand it is a dt and they have time quotas to meet, but they could have even asked me to come inside to complete the payment, but not their only resolution was for ME to have to figure out some other way to pay. Literally what kind of customer service is that?! Will never visit this location again.

I go to this one on a regular basis, drive thru & sometimes I spend some time inside. I do feel like at times their food options get sold out for the day before it’s even over, so maybe it’s inventory control that could be better. At times, my seat/table needed a little TLC, this has been hit & miss during peak/non-peak times.

The food is always good, I usually get a pastry of some sort & I’m glad it’s never over-toasted/burned… it happens more than you think at other Starbucks. Drinks are consistent, always hot… as coffee should be. Service, the staff is really nice.

Extra kudos for my “Happy Friday” message.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The team is friendly, the store is clean, and my drinks are always made just right. Whether I’m grabbing something on the go or staying to get some work done, the atmosphere is always welcoming and consistent. Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations in the area, the DM Carter is always in the lobby creating such a welcoming experience
