If I could give a negative star I would. I just left there about 20 minutes ago. And I ordered a Krystal cheese & chili cheese fries with extra cheese if it wasn’t pouring down raining I definitely would’ve took it back & got a refund but the Krystal was so soggy & mushy like it got wet in the rain that I couldn’t even eat it. I had to stop at the racetrac to throw it away. The chili cheese fries weren’t even a kid size fries. They put it in the top of the container instead of the bottom & that wasn’t even full. It wasn’t even 20 fries in there, and they weren’t hot I ate 2 and ended up throwing that away too. Smh people work hard for their money just to have to throw it away smh I have never had any issues at this one, I actually prefer this location but after tonight it’ll be a while before I go back if ever. Very disappointed

We were on our way home from Atlanta to Athens, Alabama and wanted to stop and get a quick meal before we got on I20 to head home. We saw this neat looking Krystals and my wife wanted to stop in. I said a quick prayer in hopes that this place didn’t suck as bad as the one in my home town and boy was I disappointed. I want to start off by saying God bless the two workers that were present that day because I feel they tried their hardest. Just to sum it up; the food was over priced, they skimped us on the chili cheese, got our order wrong and cost us about an hour from waiting on our food. I don’t think I’ll ever be back in town again but most assurdly I won’t be stopping there.

My family was on a road trip from SC to TX. I had never tried Krystals and was very excited to finally get the chance. It was the absolute worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. My husband gave the cashier our order, he had to repeat it multiple times. He paid, but the cashier didn’t stay to give him a reciept. The guy just walked away. The restaurant was empty, but it took about 20 minutes to get our food. So far, not a great experience, but it’s fast food…..my expectations are not high. We finally got our food. We were polite and thanked the man for our food. After taking a couple bites the cashier asked my husband, “Were you able to pay?” He said yes. Then another guy comes out and yells at us, “You need to pay for your food!” My husband said we did. He tried to show them on his banking app. The guy continued to yell at us and treat us like we were doing something wrong. He said we needed to pay again and the other charge would come off later. We refused to pay again. He continued to yell. We said he could have the food and stood up and left. Not only did we not get to eat, we were treated like criminals, and lost valuable time on a 15 hour drive.

If I can give zero stars, I would, I called to inform the manager to whom was the one that basically redid my sandwiches after the young lady messed them up. I called him to inform him that I found something in my Krystal while eating it and I explained to him that it was something along the lies of a stick or a chicken bone. I told him out of my own mouth that I’m not understanding why it would be in my food because I know they don’t serve chicken. He told me that I basically I was lying that it had to be a hard piece of onion or a hard piece of meat. I explained to him that it was neither and told him that I held it in between my fingers and looked. It looked like a stick or a bone he then proceeds to put the phone down and have a conversation in the back telling the staff that I was telling them that I found something in my food and that was a bunch of bullshit is what he said and then he provably said I hope she just go ahead and hang up. Wish that I did not. They eventually hurt. They eventually hung up on me which prompted me to call back where they have blocked my number or left the phone off the hook so at this point, I would rather speak with corporate before I file a lawsuit I have pictures and I have the conversation recorded so I look for someone to get back with me very soon or I’m going the next take the next step.

This has to be the worst fast food experience that I’ve ever had. The buns for the burgers were very soggy and the food was just not good all around. Not to mention a female manager came out during the preparation of our food to berate the crew in front of everyone about a negative corporate complaint they had received. She literally stood there and read it out loud in front of everyone. One of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever seen in my life. Do yourself a favor and drive right past this place!

The chili pups were pretty good, but those sliders were something right out of the microwave. Service was exceptional, but the burger was really disappointing. I couldn’t finish it. We checked the box, but won’t be back.

It’s only 1:45 and the inside is closed. They look abandoned. But when you go to the door there is people inside. It was a lot sleeping in the lobby with luggage. Eventually I was told I could go through the drive through. But I obviously went to the lobby cause I didn’t want to be in the car. I drove all this way for lunch only to be disappointed smh
