I went in for lunch around 1pm for my first ever time trying Fatburger. The guys working we’re excellent in customer service, greeting, menu knowledge, and most importantly food prep. The Large Burger I ordered was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The skinny fries were super hot/fresh and good as well. Even the lemonade was good. But overall, that burger just blew my mind. I usually don’t review anything, but these guys working today -Blacc- and that burger deserve props.

It had no flavor. They don’t have milkshakes, milk, eggs, or cookies due to only having one truck delivering items. The guys were nice enough to give us another hot dog wiener when my 3-year-old threw his on the floor.

Amazing. Burgers are HUGE! Way bigger than you expect so don’t be afraid to order a smaller or share with someone. Fat fries are basic steak fries. They’re good but nothing out of the ordinary. Onion rings are very good, better than the fat fries (we did not try the skinny fries yet so no opinion on those yet) the Maui Banana shake was excellent also.
Overall 10 out of 10 experience on the food… I will absolutely return for more another time.

The place was clean. The staff was nice. The burger bun was dry and the meat was dry. Wasn’t impressed. They only have Pepsi products. The wings weren’t bad. I had the lemon pepper. My friend enjoyed her meal.

First off, they gave a warning that A/C was out, but also stated “food will be good”
Wife and daughter ordered a burger, great taste. I ordered wings (of course), buffalo flavor. They were a bit on the skinny side, but the flavor was still good. Each got a different side, skinny fries, sweet potato, and onion rings. All tasted good. Onion rings didn’t have a lot of batter, which was good. Sweet potato fries were wavy, but cut thin and crispy, that was just as good. And the skinny fries were crispy and fresh.
Daughter and wife got a chocolate shake and the ingredients are mixed in a blender. And they were good too.
I was telling a worker that we drove in from irving just to eat. He said, “you know there is one in Arlington right??” I replied, “I do, but a coworker said the service wasn’t good and that he had visited this location on Sunday, and he liked the service. So we drove here instead.”
All in all, will definitely go back to that location.
And I’ll get a burger next time

So I got take out last week at Fatburger and the wings were burnt and dry .Not only did they give me a complete refund, they invited me back for free wings. Tonight I got those wings and they were delicious. Lemon pepper, must try. The manager was so kind and when he found out I had never had one of their Hamburgers he made me up one fresh on the grill for free . What a nice treat that was. The hamburger was delicious. Good old American style burger with cheese and the works . It was nice and hot. I purchased their onion rings, they were hot and delicious. So thank you Fatburger Staff and managers for making a bad one into a good one. The staff and management went the extra mile and joked a long with me and had some laughs as well . So Fatburger I give 5 stars today. I will be back because of the great food and the outstanding service you gave me . Thanks for going the extra mile. Keep it up

My husband and I visited here from Charlotte NC and when i say we had an amazing experience from walking in and was greeted by the entire team it was so good to have customer service like this. Shante took our order and recommended the best option for my husband and I. The manager D was also so amazing she serve our food! We will definitely be returning love it here

First time to eat at Fat Burger. I had the king size 1/2 lb burger with skinny fries. The burger was definitely king sized and the fries were enough for 2. Only thing with the burger was it was lettuce over kill. Next time I go I’ll tell them not so much lettuce. Other than that the burger was excellent. The fries where done just right. This is a place to definitely try.

The Co-owner Rudy was ver professional & welcoming. He greeted everyone waiting outside with lemonade and their new watermelon sweet tea samples. He also spoke about their restaurant in great detail. The wait was 1hour, but once we ordered our food came very quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young man named Ernest was very attentive & made our shakes thick and delicious! They were out of onion rings, so we ordered fries. The skinny fries are great when they are Hot & fresh. The sweet potato fries are So Delicious & well seasoned! The burgers were cooked to perfection. The shakes are made with Real ice cream! And the Margarita was GOOD!! They only had 1 register working, so i’m sure that contributed to the long wait in line.

Freshly made burgers and very good service. The shake was good and especially the fries. Enjoyed everything and the seasoning on the burger. It is a bit pricey but worth it!
