When I order my food and get home and see that my medium fry is more like a small fry and the meal costs $11.65 yes I’m pissed. As you can see the ketchup packet, which is 1 ounce, is almost thicker than the fry container and then my Dr. Pepper is flat. I understand managing expectations with fast food, but at the same time I expect to get something comparable to the price. Just cause it’s fast food doesn’t mean you get to continually raise prices, “due to costs,” but then offer less. Second picture is for comparison after barely squeezing the sides so it could open. Staff was friendly, but next time I’ll need to check everything to the full extent before leaving. Not asking for much but get at least somewhat close to what you pictures on the menu display.

Waited 7 minutes to even be spoken to at the counter. There were 7 people in the whole restaurant at 3 different takes when we arrived.
Our food took way to long. Close to 20 minutes to get our food. It was delicious except for my fries which you could tell someone had just dunked them back in oil to heat them up.

I Had Whataburger for dinner last night and was pretty disappointed. I asked for light salt on my fries, but they were heavily salted, cold, and soggy. I also ordered a BBQ Chicken Sandwich with extra BBQ, but there was little to no BBQ sauce, and the chicken was cold as well.
The only thing that was good was the sweet tea that I got with it.
On top of that, I also ordered a Jalapeño Burger (and a #1) and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. I also specifically asked for no onions or lettuce, but it still came with both. I also requested no ice in my root beer, yet it was filled with ice. These were simple order details that were missed, which made the experience even more frustrating.
Overall, multiple parts of my order were incorrect or poorly prepared, which made the experience disappointing. Between the cold food, incorrect toppings, unmelted cheese, and ignored drink request, it felt like attention to detail was lacking. I understand mistakes happen, but having several issues in one visit is frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve accuracy and food quality moving forward.
I usually enjoy Whataburger, so I hope this was just an off night, but this visit definitely missed the mark.

I hate to say I was a bit disappointed this time. Food was luke warm, it took super long to finally get my order. Maybe it would’ve been a bit quicker had I not ordered the apple pie. Could tell my food order was made and sat while the pie was being cooked. Instead of cooking the pie, and making the food hot and fresh. I may try the breakfast in my state when they open.

As long as they take to prepare a meal for five it should be fresh, correct? Wrong. Not up in here. This place serves the worst and coldest French fries in the entire region. Upon every part of your order added, the worse the quality it will be. I spent 60 dollars here and it was so disappointing and it’s not the first time either. Seems like they could use some quality control on what they are serving. Until there is a leadership change this place will remain last stop on the Waco restaurants.

Went through the drive thru. Waited over 5 min. to get someone on the speaker. I pulled in around 1:48. When they answered they were friendly. It took an insane amount of time to get through the drive thru with 2 people at thw window. When getting to the window, I paid, got my drink, and was asked to pull forward. I still had to wait a bit to get food. I didn’t leave until 2:22 ish. After getting food the fries were hot and fresh. I ate them first when getting my chicken sandwich out there was no sauce on it. I asked for Mayo. Then after taking a bite the bread was soaking wet on one end.. It was so gross. I didn’t bother to go back or call because im not in that area often and just didn’t have another 30 + minutes to wait for answers.

I don’t complain very often because everyone has a bad day sometimes and I usually just let things go. However, the customer service this morning was awful. We waited for half an hour in the drive through this morning with only 2 cars in front of us. Those 2 cars left without food. After waiting at the window for at least 5 minutes with no acknowledgment, we were about to leave when someone came to the window. No “hi” no “sorry for the wait” just told us our total. When I asked how much longer she said, “ I need your payment 1st”. We should have driven away but we had an hour and half drive and we were hungry. During our wait at the window, another 2 cars left.
Also to note, we ordered our food around 9:20 and the receipt claimed 9:40.. when we finally got our food, still no acknowledgement or apology received. Kindness goes a long way and it would be appreciated by your customers.

Me and the wife came by to enjoy the breakfast burger they have and an were not only actually greeted warmly but the food was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and the food was wonderful. Definitely recommend coming in and sitting down. Excellent service in a time were most fast food employees are lacking.

We LOVE whataburger as a rule, but this location needs serious help. The drive through takes 20-25 minutes on average every single time we go. My last visit two days ago I got food poisoning. Please get someone to fix this location so we can come back.

I stopped in to the Glenpool Whataburger location this morning around 11:15 am to order lunch for my crew (11 combos To-go) and I was really impressed with the service. The staff was nice, the food was hot, my order was correct, and it was fast. Since my order was so large they bagged up each combo and put it in cute Whataburger tote bags. A staff member even helped me out to my car with my order. Very impressed, Thank you!
