I came here for a quick bite and got a frosty and some chicken tenders. It was really good I definitely enjoyed it. Atmosphere got 4 stars because theirs hardly any booths it’s all tables. I was gutted . I would come again though

This is the slowest “fast food” place i have ever visited. People stood in line for 20 minutes just to leave an order and there were only 3 parties in line. While waiting I downloaded the app and ordered. It took another 20 minutes to get the food. Competed sandwiches sat on the counter for 15 minutes before given to customers. Workers were on cell phones without gloves in between handling food.

Drive through line wrapped around the building, so I go inside and stand for 10 minutes without so much as a hello give us a second. Employees wandering around as if they didn’t know what they were supposed to be doing. I left and got Popeyes instead.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. The burgers were both completely undercooked. One of them was cold in the center. The fries were stale and the chicken nuggets were crushed and cold. Also, the sandwich I ordered was made wrong, and I was too afraid to have it fixed after my interaction with the staff already.
This staff were completely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. They were arguing over whether they were going to take our order or not. Half of the staff that were visible, were eating food and touching food and serving food without washing hands. Everyone was on their cell phone except for one person.
The floors were dirty. The counters were dirty. There was trash everywhere. I was sticking to everything. It was so bad that my shoes were sliding in the parking lot because the floors inside were so disgusting that I couldn’t scrape whatever I was stepping on off my shoes.
Apparently, the manager was in the kitchen and was visible, allowing all this ridiculousness to happen and taking part in the activities.
If possible for your own safety, do not go here.

Asiago chicken sandwich has declined – chicken was really small from what I’ve had in the past. This was especially disappointing because of the inflated cost of the meal. The French fries were tasty and hot. Service was slow. Beverage machine was out of most non- carbonated drink options (vitamin water/ lemonade) and ice machine broken.
Both ketchup dispensers were empty.

The baconator is the only burger I get from here and I feel like in the last couple of months, I been very disappointed. There was no mayo, ketchup, or condiment in it so it was extremely dry. I also ordered a regular chocolate frosty and they gave me a chocolate frosty with strawberry drizzle. I don’t want to be dramatic but I could of been allergic strawberries.

This restaurant is filthy, worn-out, looks unhealthy inside. You literally stick to the filthy seats and tables.. Listless and bored staff. While waiting for our order, three separate customers came walking in who had incorrect order placement at drive-thru and needed corrections. When our order arrived after 10 minutes (for salads?) it was incorrect as well. I can only assume this place is surviving from traffic off the main Highway and customers who have never been here before and don’t know better. The restaurant is in need of a serious renovation or rebuild. Avoid and drive to the next exit, it will be worth it.
UPDATE: While waiting, three more customers got into disputes with the staff about their slow & incorrect orders. One got loud and stormed out. This place is really terrible.

Long rant but this is why i drive to dover or middletown just for “fast” food. Went to Wendy’s and while placing my order 3- 10pc nuggets… I could hear th staff complaining about my order, I ignored it and the drive through tried to end my order. When I told him I wasn’t done he proceeded to complain and ask if I was kidding. Once again I ignored it until he was obviously speaking directly to me and continued to speak rudely to me for no reason. So I cancel my order and left. I swear I have patience like crazy. Food taking longer to come out thats fine food takes time to cook. Out of something I ordered thats fine also busy days things will run out or low. Bad customer service not ok. I’m not rude and I expect the same in return. I didnt tell you to work where you work you chose a job in customer service. I swear smyrna has the worst fast food customer service around.

The service was great but I’m disappointed in the food. I paid $4.09 for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. I received one slice of bacon (that was broken in half) on my sandwich. Please help me understand why this sandwich cost so much. You can’t seriously believe one slice of bacon is a serving size?? You get minimal of two slices at a restaurant. The sandwich that is advertised is not the sandwich I received. So, would this be considered false advertising?? Wendy’s Corporation, you make more than enough money, so please give the proper amount of bacon (two slices of bacon because one slice broken in half DOES NOT equal two separate slices) or the cost that you’re charging. Please and Thank you
