It’s a taco bell.
I had the power bowl with steak. It was actually really good, better than most of the other menu items I’ve had.
The service was ok, but it was taco Tuesday and I was supposed to get a free taco, but when I got home I had no second taco.
The lobby was clean and stocked but the soda machine had no Baja Mt Dew zero which is typically all I get at Taco Bell, so that was also disappointing.
Overall there is nothing special about this taco bell, I would even say it’s mediocre.

Eww. The cinnamon twists taste like chemicals. Someone needs to test those things to figure out what they put in them. The drive thru lady was rude and dismissive. I felt like I was bothering her just by being there. I didn’t feel welcomed. I also gave her cash and she didn’t give me my change back. She just shut the glass door. I never feel this way when I go to the one at Gulf Coast Town Center. If you don’t like your job and you can’t stand the customers, get a new job.

The location on Cleveland ave in fort Myers has a large sign advertising caramel apple empanadas and it’s the only sign that they even have up but they don’t even have the empanadas. It’s also listed on their retro menu and the employee said they are discontinued. Really??? What bullshit. Either leave items on your menu, stop false advertising and discontinuing items only to bring back them back and stop messing with your customers this way. And the double Decker tacos were crumbly and tasteless. Overall disappointed in my last experience here. And $2.99 per item is highway robbery. $32 for dinner for two is absurd.

When I’m at lunch from work, my fastest place to go is Taco Bell. Taco Bell is very very very fast. You say what you want you add the window no wait you gone back to work so I love Taco Bell for lunch when you’re on that short break and the food is great too.

This Taco Bell is always clean. There is always someone at the counter so you can order there or on a kiosk if you wanted. They may not speak the best of English but they are always friendly. The food is always hot.

I ordered through uber eats I got a Crunchwrap supreme and I wasn’t even half through my crunch wrap when I found a piece of glove inside of it like I actually chewed it and took it out of my mouth. If I could leave 0 stars I would!! The lady at the window was super rude and I believe she is the manager at this place. She kept giving me an attitude and I was super nice about it and didn’t say anything because I’m not that type of person to start an argument but it was super rude of her to be like that and she wasn’t only like that with me because she did it to the person in front of me that was ordering! I’m super dissatisfied and disappointed with this location because I usually go here during work because I’m super close to it. And I’ve never seen this lady before. So please remove her from this location or tell her that she needs to be more respectful to customers. And if you need a description, she is wearing a button down black Taco Bell shirt and she has brownish hair and she has a cut I believe on her near on the left of her nose

This one pretty worker I think her name was Valerie had great customer service and fixed a problem I had with my food with a smile on her face then told me to “have a tacotastic day”, and she made my kids laugh which makes me happy, best service I’ve had at this Taco Bell needs a promotion for sure thank you Valerie.
