Asked for fries fresh out the fryer with no salt this is what I got instead. Cold fries half empty container. 3/4/2026 is the second photo. I ordered 3 whopper combos 2 medium and 1 large the fries are always cold and half filled. This is bad for business I paid over $35 for this and this is what I get. I’m better off going to shop at WinnDixie.

For this being 24 hours, I waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes, I honked my horn, said hello multiple times and no one answered until 30 minutes later after doing a wrap around to check if there was anybody in the store, for them to tell me that they aren’t taking orders right now until 4:30 a.m. I got here at 3:45a.m. It completely wasted my time and my gas for an excuse. These employees clearly don’t want to work. She was also laughing walking up to the window with her phone in hand. Clearly just seems they wanted to be in the back and have their little fun instead of doing what they’re being paid for. Burger King please do better. And if you really don’t accept orders until 4:30 a.m, don’t say the drive through is 24 hours.

I had to take time to express my appreciation to The young girl WALESKA !!!
She is ALWAYS FRIENDLY, SMILLING and ATTENTION TO DETAILS !!!
Is very frustrated when you order food at any fast food chain and are asked FOR HERE or TO GO and you reply FOR HERE and receive your food packed in a bag instead of a tray !
WALESKA is always attended and alert and I never have to request a tray since she is able to read screen and follow directions and I hope this POSITVIE review can be reached out not only to her in house dinning Supervisors but also ALL WAY AS HIGHEST LEVEL TO CORPORATE FOR HER RECOGNITION !
Maybe CORPORATE will find this enough encouragement to INVEST IN WALESKA FUTURE EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP when in a 7 PM Saturday night lots of girls her age are getting lost in street doing the wrong thing this young,smiling and very professional lady is devoting her time to earn a decent income.

I had worked for over 35 years in the Hospitality Business, in the Restaurant Industry and Trust me….WALESKA provides an Exceptional Service as if she was Hostessing a 5 STARS FINE DINNING one !

Cheers also to the Manager on Duty, Ms.SHAUNTI !
Restaurant was clean and as always great, fresh and hot food quality !!!

I haven’t been to a Burger King in over a year. I came here on 1/29 at 12:55pm. The two ladies at the drive through were an absolute GEM. Their good spirits were infectious and honestly not what I’m used to from fast food. I’m coming back.

The worst experience ever. Customer service is horrible (at least at the time when I was there). If you’re short on people, it doesn’t mean that I need to get an attitude and less quality food or wait longer. Hire more people. Food was so-so; the meat was good, but at first, we got cold fries in the bag. We asked for fresh ones and got a special service face. The onion rings tasted like they were from yesterday’s lunchtime. The whole experience was ruined with a 1-hour wait in the drive-through lane (we took a line behind everyone). When our turn came up, we were told to wait, and they started to skip us and only take the second lane. No one ever came back to us, so (after 3 cars) we went straight to the window. The answer was, “It’s only two of us,” but why they skipped us, who knows…

The first of the problems is the lack of attention. They do not attend to the one who pays directly at the cash register and also instead of working fast they are looking at each other, talking and playing. It literally took us 38 minutes of waiting for 1 kids meal and 2 hamburgers. The restaurant is completely dirty, the floor, the tables, the chairs, even inside the kitchen. The kitchen is full of fries and leftover vegetables and bread. The environment in general is dirty and with a bad smell. Those inside have their hair loose without any kind of protection except for the 2 ladies who prepared the hamburgers, no one with gloves. a lot of lack of hygiene. We have come many times to this bk because it is close to us but for these conditions we prefer not to come anymore.

I don’t know what her name is, but she was amazing the best fast food experience iPad in the 51 years being on this earth really appreciated it. I would eat it. Burger King every day. If it was this consistent I’m a dash driver too. I wish all restaurants had this quality and performance.

The best food I’ve had from a burger king! Great customer service skills by the staff. Shout out to the drive through crew for the customer service and food coming out HOT and correct. Best fries I’ve had! Crispy and fresh. I got the triple whopper with cheese. Was hot fresh and o point. Thank to the staff for putting in work from top to bottom. Greatly appreciated!

The cashier just tried to run a scam on me. My total was $7.48. I gave him $8. He took forever giving my Change dealing with other cars. When he finally gave me my receipt, I started to drive off…then I stopped. I said “Excuse me. You didn’t give me my change. I gave you $8.” He took the receipt back and acted like he called for the manager to open the register. After about 3 minutes, I said. Never mind.” I was in too much of a hurry to wait that long for 52 cents. When I looked at the receipt afterward, I saw he had rang up the money received as $7.48…Cash due $0.00.

Watch out for scamming employees at this location. 🙁

Staff is BEYOND RUDE. They didn’t give me the correct things in the drive through so I went inside. The manager is very nonchalant, unapologetic, and didn’t fix the order. New building same garbage.
