I went here this morning for breakfast and was not happy at all. Service was very slow. I saw her spoon my drink right in front of me and then just refilled it. She didnt even get me a new cup and it was literally just filled with ice. My breakfast sandwich was literally tiny. I paid almost $12 for everything and the bacon was burned in it

The food is always soon on for me. Nice, hot, and fresh. I’ve never had a truly bad experience, but if I had one complaint, it would be that wait times are a bit long sometimes. Some of the kiosks are broken down sometimes as well. They should make this more obvious before you pull into one of the drive-in spots. Otherwise everything has always been positive.

I went there today (1/16) around 4 PM and they were slammed. I ordered through the drive-thru, and when I checked my bag, a few items were missing. I parked and walked over to let them know, and they went above and beyond to fix it—no attitude, no hassle, just genuinely kind and quick service. Mistakes happen when places are busy, but how they handled it is what mattered. I’ll absolutely be back.

Took my kids for lunch. the employees interrupted us when ordering and acted like we were an inconvenience when the car hop brought the food out. Will not be back any time soon. I get it’s fast food, been there done that, kindness costs nothing and the apology I was going to give for being problematic was kept to myself when the young lady couldn’t be bothered.

I’ve been a Sonic fan ever since my wife introduced me to it, but my recent visit to this location left me utterly disappointed. The excitement I usually associate with Sonic was overshadowed by the subpar service and a rather unpleasant experience.
Firstly, the hot dog I ordered was delivered in a manner that was far from appetizing. The pictures I’ve attached speak for themselves. It’s disheartening to witness such a lapse in presentation and service from a place that I have come to enjoy.
Despite wanting to give the benefit of the doubt, attributing the issues to the restaurant’s apparent busyness, I can’t help but question why they have a drive-thru if they lack the staff to efficiently manage orders. The joy of the drive-thru experience is lost when it results in a poorly executed meal.
It’s evident that the shortage of staff has led to mistakes in meal preparation, and this directly impacted my overall satisfaction. Sadly, this experience has left a lasting impression, and I have decided not to return to this particular Sonic location. It’s disappointing when a favorite spot fails to live up to expectations, and I hope my feedback encourages improvements at this establishment.

The conduct exhibited by the drive-thru attendant was highly unprofessional, particularly the persistent use of terms of endearment such as “honey,” “darling,” “babe,” and “love” despite requests to cease, and the act of blowing kisses at a customer. Furthermore, the order was incorrect, and there was an attempt to charge for the establishment’s error regarding a child’s happy meal and drink. This level of unprofessionalism ensures that I will not be returning for future business.

Literally… this place is the worst!!!!!!!!!! I took my kids there tonight for a blast, what sonic is known for, and I’m told they can only make milk shakes??? Also when I pushed the button to order some snotty little girl says “YEAH?????”… what do you mean yeah, am I disturbing your conversation to do your job? I orderd and then just left without my food because seriously, I was just too mad.
I see the owner coppied comments on other posts about escalating to franchise, obviously they don’t care about the comments or reviews… but have some kind of pride in what you do. Pathetic. YEAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

My husband, our kids, and myself stopped here on Monday December 30th, 2024. We got two kid meals, one with applesauce and one with tator tots. They forgot the apple sauce, which was no problem, we hit the button and asked them if we could have it. They brought it out. My husband got a Rt 44 cherry limeade and I got a Rt 44 Twisted Lime Recharger. Well they didn’t bring me that, I’m not sure what they brought, and I didn’t want to bother them again, but my husband said that I should just stop one of the workers and let them know. I let a gentleman know and he was very polite and said that they would fix it. Another girl came out and asked what the problem was, I politely just told her what I had ordered and I didn’t think this was it, because it wasn’t green. She said “oh I can fix that for you!” I told her thank you so much, and they brought it back out and could tell it was right because it was green. Well when we get home, im cleaning up and I dump out the rest of the twisted Lime Recharger, and there is a PRESS-ON NAIL IN THE DRINK!! How gross and disgusting!!! Never will we eat at this location again! I don’t understand how this accidentally ended up in it! So disgusting!

Really like Sonic Drive In. We drove 30 minutes to eat here. The bathrooms are really clean at this location which is rare for fast food restaurants. Got 2 burgers tots and drinks. The food was hot and tasted fresh. Luckily we used the app to order ahead because they weren’t taking orders at the stalls today. Just another symptom of the staffing crisis, not Sonics fault. They got our food to us fast once we checked in on the app. The drive through was long, but seemed to be moving pretty fast. Alexander was our carhop and he was so friendly.
