Had to leave a review because the drive-thru employee tonight was hilarious. They made ordering so fun and had the best energy the whole time. Super friendly, fast service, and my order was perfect. Definitely made my Taco Bell run way better than expected!

Where to start. 90 percent of customer facing employees unprofessional (this is the standard is America, so it’s expected). They often forget my sauces. They skipped on the portion to a point that I think they’re worse than Chipotle. I just bought a chualupa supreme, barely and beef in it or cheese, they load it with lettuce to give the illusion that it’s filled. Burritos always miniature sized and lack contents. This location is of the most expensive in the market. Think about that, highest prices, lowest value. This location, management and customer facing staff are all wrong. Today is the last day that I personally purchase any food from this location. I once asked for a cup of water and the manager came down hard with (YOU GOTTA BUY SOMETHING) i eat tacobell daily. How emotionless must you be to deny water (free) to a regular? I’m just posting this for those who read and care about these things. Times are tough and companies are getting even more deceptive. It would be unfair to not mention that most people prepping food there are great (keyword most) , just not the people engaging with customers. My suggestion, the best bang for you buck would be Mohawk or main street in Springfield. Stay far away from ths location if you care about your hard earned dollars. You would think they’re hoarding ingredients. At first it though it was a coincidence, or maybe just a fluke. It’s not, it’s systematic. This location wont see a penny from me after this day. Very thin layer of ground beef, nothing like the advertised pictures. It’s as if they only put in the beef because it’s required and to give the product some flavor. Charging six dollars for lettuce and tortilla is crazy work.

I eat taco bell once week and this location has the best product and is cleaner than most in lane county. My food has been make quickly and only once did they goof up one item. They were happy to fix it. I always dine in, so i have no experience with drive through. They did have fantastic customer service in the past, but once they got rid of front cashier staff, now it is no one’s job to help lobby customers. They had the same lady (Betsy) who worked cashier and lobby there for 20 years and she was fabulous! Her position was replaced by the kiosk. Bummer!

There was hardly anybody there and there was only one person in front of me in the drive up, so it’s not like they were busy. I ordered the grilled chicken dippers with avocado ranch. Very simple order. I didn’t get my sauce and there was no cheese on the outside of the dippers as advertised and very little internal meat. Absolutely terrible won’t go back

Original order was missing items, called in after we got home and was told the #4 combo would be replaced. They refused to offer any sort of refund. Went back the next day and was refused the missing items and was not offered a refund. Go to a different Taco Bell, this one has horrible service l.

I came in with a small order. The server was friendly. While waiting I looked around the lobby and noticed it was very clean, cleaner then I’ve seen a Taco Bell or other fast food in awhile. I really loved the fact that they had Christmas decorations up making it cheerier. Also, the real test. I got fresh warm nacho fries! I hate old stale nacho fries. Also, I used the restroom while there and it was clean as well!

One of the worst taco bells in lane county. Service is garbage and the food always comes out missing something. Im a huge fan of the beefy 5 layer burrito and for some reason they always forget to put the queso in. None the less its a taco bell so what do you expect? Cheap gourmet food? Nada! The prices of fast food in general are terrible now but why is my 4 inch long beefy 5 layer $5??

Normally I like tacobell. We stopped here on our trip back home and the intention was to dine in but when we walked inside the a/c in the dining room was going full tilt to the point you could see your breath when you were standing there next time I’ll go through the drive through

ORDER ACCURACY, and CUSTOMER SERVICE is poor at this location during late nights.
The guy working drive thru made it a point to be argumentative and unapologetic when they forgot to give me the sauce packets included on my order.
I ordered drive thru.
Got my food, missing sauce, circled back in behind the single car that was behind me.
It wasn’t a big deal to me, he seemed friendly the first time, so I just said “forgot the 5 mild sauce packets”.
He hands them to me and made sure to tell me that I could’ve just come into the lobby instead of wasting my gas.
I explained to him the packets were on the order and I’m not doing his job.
Instead of apologizing and taking any responsibility for the lacking accuracy of my order he educated me that “it’s the line person’s job to put the sauce in the bag,” and not his.

Umm Sir. As the customer, I shouldn’t even know how any of Taco Bell works behind the counter. YOU are the person making direct contact with the customer, and that makes it your responsibility to check for order accuracy.
I’m sure you’re expected to be doing more than just handing out whichever bag is closest to you.

Service was disappointing and so was the food. My friend and I ordered 2 burritos and a chicken quesadilla. Her burritos came out hard and cold while my quesadilla came not cut and folded as if it were a ball. The chicken in mine was cold and the cheese was not melted. Disappointing.
