We love every time we come here. service is awesome Hector(manager , Nick, Melissa, Marissa ,Carlos and everyone else is so awesome. We have never had any issues. My server, Marisa was superb! She had start with some recommended, made from scratch Empanadas! It was like bitting into a flakey pie crust , stuffed with seasoned shredded beef, an absolute delight to the taste – juicy and savory all in one mouth-watering bite! Next I divulged in their signature Steak Arrachera which was absolutely scrumptious made perfectly succulent as medium rare, I was blown away with the juiciness off each mouth-watering bite. I needed my experience with their churro for desert which , need-I-say-less!!!! A in-house cinnamon soft treat that put the cherry on top of the whole event, I will def be returning soon .

Corralitos is known for their good food and good service. Today at the Casino location, well the food and service was very subpar was well below what I have experienced at other Corralito location’s. The service was extremely slow. When I say slow that’s not an exaggeration. When the food finally arrived after a very, very long wait. It was cold. I also had asked for more water 4 times and some more chips from the server and even from the manager. It never arrived. The server was inexperienced and did not pay attention to his tables. The manager liked to talk to his bar tender a little too much! People kept trying to get his and the servers attention. They never turned around. The food, although cold did taste good. I wasn’t about to send my plate back because of the initial wait. I wasn’t waiting another 50 minutes for my plate to be heated. I won’t be going back to this location. I could understand if the restaurant was full. But it wasn’t. Unfortunately, the restaurant also reeks of cigarette smoke which is coming from next door from the Casino. Visit the other locations for a better overall experience.

I was in El Paso in personal business and rebooking my hotel to this Casino location in New Mexico and I came to enjoy some good authentic Mexican cuisine I must say that not only was the food amazing and truly authentic and delicious! The amazing hospitality and service I received from Nick was outstanding customer service he went over and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. This was one first time in New Mexico and I will truly come back just to eat here. Simply Amazing!!!! The chips and salsas were delicious!!!!

We came for Superbowl and the food and service were OUTSTANDING!! Server Hunter took really good care of us, as well as the manager Nick. They set up a nice table in front of the game, and took really great care of us. The Arrachera and fish tacos were absolutely DELICIOUS! More people need to know that this Corralito location needs to be visited by everyone! Best time EVER!!
