As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

First time in a long time we decided to try them out.
Drive thru only. The person taking the order was very nice and patient. My other 1/2 didn’t really know the menu so the order took slightly longer.
Food was surprisingly good and the order was exactly how she wanted her burger. Fries were good.

So it’s NY that rips you off. Everywhere I’ve been checkers/ rally’s is the same size except NY. Now I locations I’ve ordered the large shake which I every other state is a 32 ounce and here it’s the 20oz. Really not worth the expensive price so I will wait until I go to another state to order from checkers again. The food was okay other than value wise. This location didn’t over mayo the sandwiches which are good because they didn’t give any napkins.

You can tell she really cares about her job and treats every customer with kindness and respect. The service was fast, and she handled everything with a positive attitude, even during a busy time. Wanted to try something new and different. Grabbed a spicy chicken sandwich, which is no different than a McChicken from McDonald’s. The seasoned fries were good, loaded fries tasted like garbage. The chicken tenders were way over cooked and also tasted like garbage. The slushies were okay at best. The only thing that was satisfactory was the service – hard working young gentleman. Probably won’t return.

Kayla was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. She got my order right, was quick with the service, and just had a great vibe overall. It’s always nice when someone actually seems to enjoy their job and treats you like a person, not just another customer. Definitely give her a raise or something

Let’s start with ; Service was so bad! No communication going on within the people working on the line, ordered at 6:13 walk up, DIDNT RECIEVE FOOD UNTIL 6:40!! Absolutely ridiculous, I noticed their window time at 13:16 which should be absolutely not allowed especially at a fast food restaurant. This place is anything BUT fast. They don’t read the tickets properly, mozz sticks came out hard and not strechy. Owners need to get their employees in line seriously.

Last experience picking up a delivery there (11/15 930 pm,) staff was outside on the phone screaming obscenities, threatening to beat someone. Check your order before you leave, it’s probably wrong. Customer service is non existent and staff are just annoyed you exist.

I had such a great experience at Checkers thanks to Kayla! From the moment I pulled up, her customer service was amazing she was so friendly, patient, and welcoming. My order came out quickly, and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. It really makes a difference when someone takes pride in their work, and Kayla definitely does. She turned a regular food run into a positive experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Big shoutout to Kayla for making Checkers stand out!

It was a late evening and one of those nights I was too tired to cook but our family was hungry. The drive through was long and I was tired so I went to the window. It was obviously busy but Ahmad was multitasking. He went back and forth from the register, the food and the window. Maybe it was short staffed but even when he took our order he was professional and patient. He wouldn’t let me wait at the window. He was kind enough to bring the food to the car. I asked his name and he said Ahmad. I tried to tip him but he said it was his pleasure. Our food was hot and fresh and the good service made it better. Thank you again Ahmad!
